Job description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for office Management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services. We require an experienced individual to join our team as a Wealth Adviser Assistant in Securities. In this role where you will provide administrative as well as technical support to existing team members and provide portfolio performance feedback reports.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to the trading team 
• Assist with the performance reporting of client portfolios  
• Customer Service 
• Client Relationship Management 
• Handling and solving of client enquiries 
• Handling of new application and quotations 
• Diary management 

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an Investment Management related role – advantage will be given to individuals with experience in Equity Markets 
• Strong administrative skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
