Job Description

• Our client, an award-winning wealth management team seeks a Wealth Management Associate. You’ll be the heart of all administration and coordination between the Wealth Manager, clients and institutions. Lovely team of professional and successful Wealth Managers who are committed to offering their clients only the best and comprehensive financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial needs analysis
• Support with client service calls
• Coordination with internal stakeholders as required
• Provide admin support to the Wealth Manager and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Prepare investment overviews and deal processing as required
• Ensure and have good working knowledge of the necessary legislative compliance; FAIS & FICA

Requirements:

• Minimum of a completed finance / commercial degree qualification
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in wealth management / financial planning with solid knowledge of FAIS, FICA and financial needs analysis
• CFP or working towards your postgraduate diploma in financial planning
• PC literate – MS Office, industry relevant packages i.e. XPlan or similar
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Highly numerate with a high attention to detail
• A good team player who is client centric and detail-focused
