    Whole Goods Marketer - VKB Mechanization, Reitz

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Whole goods Marketer (Mechanization) to join our team in Reitz. If you have a strong sales mindset, a passion for agriculture, and experience selling agricultural equipment, this could be the opportunity for you.
    • As a Whole goods Marketer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of Case IH mechanization equipment, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering expert product support to farmers and agricultural businesses. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right mechanization solutions to improve productivity and profitability.

    What You Will Do

    Sales & Customer Relationship Management

    • Market and sell Case IH tractors, combines, and agricultural equipment within the designated area.
    • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Provide professional advice and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
    • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the mechanization business.

    Technical Support & Product Delivery

    • Assist with the installation, setup, and programming of tractors, combines, and other agricultural equipment.
    • Provide customers with product training and after-sales support.
    • Stay informed on new technologies, product developments, and industry trends.

    Inventory & Operational Management

    • Support the planning and management of whole goods inventory.
    • Ensure accurate administration, stock control, and record-keeping.
    • Coordinate logistics and delivery processes to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with VKB policies, risk management standards, and legislative requirements.

    What You Need to Succeed

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
    • Proven experience in the sale and marketing of agricultural equipment, tractors, combines, or related mechanization products.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Willingness to travel within the designated area.
    • Ability to undergo ongoing product and technical training.

    Advantageous

    • Technical knowledge and practical experience with Case IH agricultural equipment.
    • Experience within the agricultural, mechanization, or farming sector.
