Will Cutter Operator (Fixed Term Contract) at Mondi Group

Mission:

• Operate the Cut-size converting plant in accordance with Mondi Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality guidelines 
• Maintains a high level housekeeping throughout the plant in compliance with the 5S workplace visualization program
• Ensure that production complies with the Cut-size SPI’s and Cut-size Quality Network
• Troubleshoot operational problems in the plant to achieve efficiency and quality targets
• Optimize the cut-size operations to achieve Time and Material efficiency targets
• Support training initiatives of all team members
• Support maintenance teams in order to carry out maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner

Your Profile:

• Matric (Maths and Physical Science) / NTC3 OR
• At least 4 years high speed packaging experience
• Cut –size experience is preferred
