Workplace Support Engineer - National at Eduvos

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary IT qualification e.g. Microsoft certified professional (MCP) and A+ certification and N+ certification, AZURE Fundamentals.

Experience:

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role (junior)
• AZURE Fundamentals

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Workplace Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Support - build, configure, install and maintain both standard and non-standard hardware and software
• Perform project responsibilities as and when required e.g. roll out of new software and hardware technologies
• User training
• Manage the service delivery of outsourced technology partners
• Office-move assistance (on and between campuses)
• Maintain active directory for students and employees (account management)
• Ensure system and data security on devices (mobile) – device encryption
