    x2 Sales Manager - New Vehicles & Used Vehicles Motus VW

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
    • Provide leadership and guidance to sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
    • Develop and implement sales forecasts and budget plans
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and success of sales initiatives
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote products and services
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings and events
