Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical and/or hands-on assistance as required for SVD day-to-day activities
Collect failed components/samples from dealer
Inspect/test failed components as required
Coordinate with external test laboratories/test houses
Influence to use correct test methods, tools
Publish timely TMA test reports and escalate roadblocks
Collaborate with PQE/ RE / WSL / PQL / SV / QW / WH / Dealer / UDTO / external test Labs
Work with AMA parts coordinator to ship parts to supplier location or DC BLR
Ensure tools are calibrated at frequent intervals
Minimum qualifications
National Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Mechanical engineering or BSC
