• Clover has an exciting opportunity for unemployed Youth to join our Secondary Distribution department. The purpose of the program is to provide you with 12 months work experience. These positions are based at Clover's Atlas branches. Requirements    

• are between 18 and 33 years old;
• have a matric qualification.
• are currently unemployed.
• have not participated in a learnership with another organisation before.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Monitor Driver’s adherence to the planned route via Daily Route Management  (DRM)        

• Escalate events eg. unauthorized stops, speeding, excessive idling, entering of no go zones, harsh braking etc. to the relevant Managers        
• Monitor stop Turn Around Time (TAT’s) and report on delays on deliveries and escalate to relevant Manager        
• Monitor planned vs actual km’s, hours, driving time, standing time etc.        
• Monitor route sequence compliance based on the planned versus actual        
• Monitor vehicle to route assignment        
• Route allocation handover        
• Handover of open calls/queries to next shift        

Monitor the DRM system        

• Check DRM reports for Drivers debriefing        
• Escalate incorrect "geo-fencing"        
• Monitor inactive routes and acknowledge non-reporting units        
• Extract daily/weekly/monthly reports to Project Manager
