ZONE FSI Specialist - Bryanston at The South African Breweries (SAB)

Key Purpose

The Key Purpose of this role is to coordinate and prepare the Financial Sustainability Index (FSI) program results and improvement plans. This role will also support benchmarking across the zones and support countries in the effort to continuously improve their finance processes and value generation. You will be able to translate high-level business requirements in detailed technical and functional requirements and be responsible to implement those within the ABI infrastructure in collaboration with other teams.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• FSI coordination: manage the collection, quality & visibility of KPI data
• Tracking and monitoring of results and ensures the appropriate results are communicated to Finance community
• Representation Letters: manage the collection, quality & visibility of the responses, performs the tracking and monitoring of it and prepare respective deliverables
• Implementation of Visibility in PowerBI or other tools
• Ensure the accuracy of the information on the FSI program
• Discuss improvements in processes and reports
• Project leadership

Minimum Requirements:

• Accounting, Business or Economics
• MBA in Accounting/Finance is a plus
• 2 years’ experience in FP&A area or in finance/accounting
• IFRS knowledge
• Power BI (Dashboards) & Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
