    Internal Chemical Sales Consultant - Products (Western Cape)

    Description

    • Pre-planning Weekly Sales Prospects.
    • Meet Monthly and Annual Sales Target.
    • Filing reports on-line.
    • Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
    • Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
    • Will be responsible to generate their own leads by means of cold calling.
    • Preparing quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations.
    • Consolidate data in order to facilitate management reporting.
    • Develop and implement a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.

    New Business Development &Amp; Technical Consultant - Cradock (Eastern Cape)

    Description

    • Ecowize is looking for an experienced New Business Development & Technical Consultant to join the Products division in the Eastern Cape - Cradock.  
    • If you have a passion for sales and proven experience in the hygiene industry, this position is for you.
    • The purpose of the New Business Development & Technical Consultant is to implement business development strategies that focus on financial gain and onboarding new customers.
    • The successful incumbent will be responsible for all duties that drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and establishing strong relationships with customers.

    High-level Objectives:

    • Identify new markets and customer needs, to ensure value added service.
    • Promote the company’s products.
    • Manage sales targets effectively.
    • Achieving daily and weekly call ratios to ensure targets are met.
    • Ensure business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Focus on new business development in Food industry sectors
    • Meet agreed sales targets by developing and implementing a growth strategy that focuses on specific market segments.
    • Develop your own customer database by creating and expanding a customer pipeline, weekly and monthly targets to be met.
    • Complete client site surveys and to supply solutions to the clients.

    Technical Service Agent - Gauteng (JHB East Rand)

    Description

    • Ecowize is looking for a Technical Service Technician to ensure that satellites are fully operational through performing preventative maintenance as per service schedule.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to optimize resources (manpower, energy and water), that includes utilization of industrial washing systems and time-study activities.

    High-level Job Objectives:

    • Internal Customer Focus on regular, meaningful interactions to drive an inclusive partnership which will ensure optimal working order of satellites.
    • Ensure Maintenance Report is submitted accurately and timeously.
    • Financial Focus by ensuring expenses fall within budget, reported accurately and timeously.
    • Ensure all replacement parts are invoiced correctly to sites.
    • People Focus on empowering, developing, and motivating teams and individuals to perform at their best through training initiatives to enhance service delivery.
    • Compliance Focus to ensure that all regulatory measures are consistently applied, in terms of Health and Safety, Food safety, Audit Standards and Compliance regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that customer needs are meet by providing technical expertise to site manager, cleaning team, technical sales consultant, and customer.
    • Manage, resolve complaints, and advise internal/external stakeholders on corrective action.
    • Managing of the budget and ensuring that maintenance and cost are kept as low as possible, this includes asset management and driving of efficiencies and innovation.
    • To ensure that application of audit procedures conform to the clients quality standards
    • To determine the precision and accuracy in chemical verification
    • Managing of Health and Safety, this includes ensuring that service is carried out in full compliance with the health and safety together with the environmental requirements.
    • Compliance to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).  Ensure the safeguarding all personal information and password access to information on site in line with company POPI Compliance Policy.
    • Provide effective solutions to address site pain points from a maintenance perspective.
    • To provide routine maintenance for chemical dosing pumps and to keep the system functioning.
    • Provide onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12.
    • Technical Qualification / Certificate will be an advantage.
    • Chemical Engineering background will be advantageous.
