    Sales Agent Field

    Responsibilities

    • We have amazing opportunities for a Sales Agent Field to be based in Makhado, Limpopo. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and all other targets related to increasing the mobile customer base.  Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities. Represent the brand professionally and positively

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Customer Service:  Assist clients with opening accounts and all betting queries 
    • Drive daily sales and activations through the effective demonstration and/or explanation of mobile products, usage methods, and services to influence punters to purchase products or use our services
    • Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts
    • Must keep records of their sales activities and report their progress to management daily 
    • Promote the mobile brand. 
    • Set up and arrange displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract the attention of prospective and existing punters.
    • Assist customers in submitting correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID)
    • Ensure new customer uses the sign-up bonus to bet when an account is opened and show the customer how to bet on the mobile application. 
    • Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image to customers.
    • Ensure appropriate management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
    • Weekly completion of Moodle, bet strike and Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels 
    • Might be required to roam between branches and stores as per operational needs
    • Any other related duties that might be required within the business

    Operations Team Leader (iBranch)

    Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for Leadership and management of the team of Operations Specialists iBranch. Provide operational assistance to all Regional Management and Teams when required. Provide technical\ operational assistance to Operations Management Team.

    You bring 

    • Above average understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
    • 2 years driving experience

    • Proven experience in an operations leadership role within the iGaming or similar industry.

    What You’ll Do for The Brand: 

    Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Operations Specialists, ensuring they achieve their specialized tasks and regional support responsibilities.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Collaborate with the Operations Business Partner to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives.

    Coordination & Support:

    •  Coordinate with Regional Managers to ensure alignment of operational activities across regions.
    • Provide support to Area Managers and Booster Teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to achieve their goals.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional and area managers, booster teams, and other stakeholders.

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyse operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to the Operations Business Partner.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

    Customer Acquisition:

    • Support booster teams in their efforts to sign up new customers onto our betting platform.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities conducted by booster teams

    General expectations: 

    • Will be required to travel on short notice between provinces, as and when required.

    Senior Sponsorship Coordinator

    You Bring:

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing related position.
    • Managerial experience.
    • Events/ marketing/ brand experience.
    • Drivers license.

    A bonus to have:

    • Diploma/Degree in a Marketing related field.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Meeting with, and managing expectations of, the business as well as the sponsored partner.
    • Ensuring that contractual/legal documents are in place and adhered to during sponsorship period.
    • Developing the marketing plan for the sponsorship.
    • Develop budgets to achieve objectives.
    • Review the return and analysis where the business needs to focus on sponsorships.
    • Ascertaining the value of current and future sponsorships/sponsorship-related events.
    • Reviewing all sponsorship requests. 
    • Managing a team of people related to events as well as campaigns (from planning, to execution, to post-analysis stage).
    • Liaising with different departments to ensure that all requirements for a sponsorship-related activity are met.
    • Liaising with sponsor regularly to keep the relationship active, beneficial and healthy.
    • Creating and building relationships between all sponsored partners for cross pollination.
    • Liaising with management to ensure intended objectives are achieved.
    • Constantly looking out for new opportunities or ways to get more out of existing relationships.
    • Reporting on sponsorship relationships and all related activities.
    • Managing multiple accounts/sponsorship relationships.
    • Identify and attend key networking events and functions.
