    Internal / Counter Sales

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Management:

    • Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.

    Customer Interaction:

    • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

    Sales Processes:

    • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
    • Process incoming sale orders.

    Sales Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
    • Educate customers about product features and benefits to assist in their purchasing decisions.

    Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless sales process.

     Qualifications and Experience:

    • Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical products or related industry.

    Stock Controller

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
    • Manage and monitor stock movements using the Kerridge K8 Warehouse Management System.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory quantities and values.
    • Ensure stock levels meet the operational requirements and sales demands.
    • Liaise with Stock Control Administrator and internal sales teams to coordinate timely replenishment of inventory.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, receipts, and returns.
    • Generate and analyse stock control reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of all products to prevent damage or loss.

    • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management best practices.

    Panel Technician (Internship)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Wiring:

    • Interpret and execute wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
    • Perform wiring and cable routing within control panels according to specifications.
    • Ensure all wiring meets industry standards and safety regulations.

    Assembly:

    • Assemble electrical control panels, including mounting components such as relays, circuit breakers, switchgear and other hardware.
    • Utilize hand and power tools to secure components to back panels and enclosures.
    • Label all components and wiring accurately for easy identification and maintenance.

    Testing:

    • Conduct functional testing on assembled panels to ensure proper operation.
    • Use testing equipment such as power tools, multimeters, continuity testers, and other diagnostic tools.
    • Identify and correct any issues found during testing to ensure panels meet quality standards.

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect panels for defects and ensure compliance with design specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and errors.
    • Document all work performed and complete necessary quality assurance paperwork.

    Troubleshooting:

    • Diagnose and repair issues with panels during the assembly and testing phases.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems.
    • Provide feedback to improve design and manufacturing processes.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: No experience needed 
    • Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

    External Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Sales Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
    • Product Expertise: Provide clients with in-depth knowledge and advice on our wide range of electrical products and services.
    • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in external sales.
    • Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
    • Education: A relevant degree or diploma in sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Licensing: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
