MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To provide consulting and support services to the business and identify opportunities wherein SAP can be used to solve business problems and/or create new opportunities. Furthermore, to configure SAP to meet Mediclinic Southern Africa’s business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To perform Business Requirement Analytics for the MCSA SAP Environment.

• Analyse business requirements and present suitable solutions to Business, in line with best practices.
• Continuously analyse and evaluate the current MCSA SAP solution.
• Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to business, always endeavouring to improve processes and systems.
• To perform System Design and Configuration within the MCSA SAP Environment.

Set-up and configure SAP System to meet business requirements.

• Compile detailed Technical Specifications to address Business and Functional requirements, when required.
• Perform unit, system integration and user acceptance testing in conjunction with the MCSA SAP Analyst Developers and Business.

To provide Functional Support to MCSA Business.

• Address Service Request and Incidents as per agreed Service Levels.
• Document progress and resolution via ICT Service Management solution.
• Participate in active quality and improvement project.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

• 10+ years experience in a similar role, with 2-3 years in project implementation

REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

• Matric or equivalent qualification

DESIRED EDUCATION: 

• SAP  SD-RCM Certified 
• Business Analyst Qualification

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Communication Skills - Written
• Communication Skills - Verbal
• Certified in at least one SAP module (MM/FI/CO/SRM/PM/SD)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To perform development and integration functions related to the SAP technology stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

To perform system analysis and problem-solving across the MCSA SAP Environment and related systems.

• Ensure that Technical solutions conform to SAP Architecture and align with MCSA Standards.
• Functional Specifications are translated into detailed Technical Specifications.
• Technical Specifications are compiled and maintained as requirements and updated over the lifespan of the solution.
• Assist with problem-solving within the MCSA SAP development and integration environments.

To develop and test SAP systems for MCSA

• Developments are done as per Technical Specifications and within agreed timelines
• Perform unit, system integration and user acceptance testing in conjunction with the MCSA SAP Functional Analysts and Business.

To perform maintenance on SAP systems for MCSA

• System and testing documentation is updated with changes.
• Resolve system incidents within the agreed SLA
• Perform code reviews as required

To perform System Integration monitoring for MCSA

• Monitoring measures are implemented for system interfaces.
• Handovers are done to SAP Business Support to monitor interfaces and address any issues.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 

• 3 Years Development Experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

• 5 years Development Experience on SAP Platforms / technologies 
• 2 years System Analysis Experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 

• Matric (NQF Level 4)

DESIRED EDUCATION:

• ICT degree/diploma 
• SAP Certification

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• To attend to site based emergency calls and provide medical care in line with scope of practice.
• Appointment for this position is subject to successful completion of physical fitness and medical assessment

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Ensure operational readiness for emergency calls
• Administer patient care in line with the scope of practice
• Provide professional emergency services to site-based clients

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Ambulance Emergency Assistant Certificate  or Higher certificate in emergency medical care 
• DESIRED EDUCATION: Successful completion of training related to Clinical Practice Guidelines published by the Health Professions Council of South Africa will be advantageous. If not compliant with the clinical practice guidelines at the time of application you will be required to complete this training during your probation period if successful in your application. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year EMS experience
• DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 year ILS experience
