    Debriefing Clerk

    • To oversee the validation and processing of returned goods, maintain accurate records, coordinate with various departments, and contribute to continuous process improvement within the DC.

    Key Accountabilities 

    Proof of Delivery (POD) - Truck Return to Debrief

    • Validate and reconcile successful deliveries in SAP, ensuring accuracy in load reconciliation and closure.
    • Physically inspect and verify Clean POD (Received in Full) against invoices and customer claims.
    • Verify claims between the log and Return Area physically.
    • Conduct Load Recon (by reason)/Closure in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation of claims and returns.

    Processing Returned Stock

    • Receipt returned stock into We Think system promptly and accurately.
    • Conduct physical inspection of returned items, differentiating between saleable and unsaleable goods.
    • Move saleable returns to designated bins efficiently.
    • Check case and pallet returns to validate stock to be booked back into Finished Goods, Damages or Quarantine

    Truck Return Validation

    • Offload stock to returns cage, conducting thorough verification against documentation.
    • Physically check all stock returns for quality and completeness.
    • Complete Returns Log (Register) accurately, detailing all validated returns.

    Upliftment

    • Process Uplift Requests received via email promptly and accurately, coordinating with relevant departments.
    • Verify uplifted items upon truck arrival at the DC.
    • Physically inspect returned items, ensuring compliance with uplift requests.  Move sellable returns to designated bins in We Think system.

    Administration

    • Scanning, filing and archiving of relevant documents.
    • Providing general administrative support where required.

    • Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Food, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and standards.
    • Enforcement: Enforce all food safety and health regulations, policies, and requirements at all times to guarantee a secure work environment.
    • Personal Hygiene: Maintain exceptional personal hygiene as per the organization’s code of conduct.
    • Contamination Control: Raise awareness about potential physical product contamination and implement control measures to prevent it.

    Warehouse Manager (Bellville05102026)

    Job Purpose

    • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and managing all warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective receipt, storage, inventory handling and dispatch of products in support of manufacturing, distribution and customer service requirements.
    • The role is accountable for warehouse productivity, operational performance, resource planning, service delivery, safety, quality and compliance across all warehouse activities.     Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
    • Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution processes.
    • Working knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Management.

    Senior Manager FP&A (HOF)

    • The Senior Financial Manager: Forecasting, Planning and Analysis (FP&A), is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis agenda to provide senior stakeholders with current, accurate financial and operational forecasts. The role involves synthesizing and consolidating financial performance, optimizing revenue realization, and ensuring effective cost management and governance. This position will manage a team and develop FP&A processes and tools to drive financial forecasting deliverables.

    Job Purpose

    • To lead The Beverage Company’s FP&A reporting agenda, ensuring the delivery of accurate financial forecasts and performance insights. The role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and managing costs effectively.

    Key Accountabilities and Outputs
    Forecasting, Planning and Analysis:

    • Lead the synthesis and consolidation of financial plans, including the 3-Year Strategic Plan (PSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly flash reports.
    • Manage FP&A relations and workstreams, serving as the primary point of contact for financial planning and analysis matters.
    • Develop and enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve financial forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial forecast deliverables.
    • Oversee cost management, governance, and optimization for expenditure.
