Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Administration Qualification 
• BCOM Degree 
• Proficiency with Microsoft 
• Minimum Experience
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience claims administrative role. 
• Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in Car Hire and Towing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Car Hire

• Through good communication skills, call clients and arrange Car Hire. Follow through with our rental Supplier in these arrangements and secure a booking with the supplier.
• Manage Car hire days, including car hire extension days and terminations. 
• Constant feedback to clients regarding their vehicle repair progress and remaining available car hire days. This will require regular communication with the selected repairer.  
• Validate and settle Supplier invoices.  

Towing

• Arrange towing with Service Providers and clients. 
• Ensure delivery of vehicles are done within a contracted time frame. Regular follow ups will be required to facilitate the delivery of the vehicles. 
• Validate and settle Supplier invoices. 

Success will be measured on

• Number of interactions per day 
• Number of invoices processed.
• Turnaround time in completing interactions per day.
• Quality of service delivery

• We are looking for full-time Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists to join our team.  This role will be hybrid, based in Gauteng North. The Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialist will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies. The ideal candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills.
