    Job Profile:

    • Leading and Overseeing the Finance Team – Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance department, ensuring effective collaboration, professional development, and high performance. 
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and support decision-making. 
    • Cash Flow Management – Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity, ensure operational efficiency, and support business growth initiatives.

    • Strong IFRS knowledge.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • JSE listed company experience (advantageous).

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining financial records in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.     Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    • Conduct variance analysis, highlighting deviations from budget or forecast.

    General Ledger Management:

    • Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
