    Specialist: Carrier Business Dev

    Core Description

    • Developing and increasing the carrier business sector and implementing solutions as designed and planned.
    • Improve Customer value propositions across the service delivery value chain required to deliver the end-to-end Carrier Development customer value propositions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Grow the carrier & global business portfolio revenue in line with business plan objectives.
    • Implement existing programmes and proactively identify gaps and opportunities across the Marketing Mix
    • Develop and Implement Customer Value Propositions and solutions across the Carrier Development, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Understand market dynamics/ trends and competitor activities, and their impact on the Openserve segments and align/ review and implement activities accordingly
    • Interpret business plan and conduct planning sessions

    Functional Man: Network Centre Operation

    Core Description

    • Through planning, leadership, coordination, measurement & control, to be responsible for the management & optimal use of high level support specialist, financial, system & technology resources to ensure that the Network, services & products are functioning optimally according to set standards.
    • Ensure the high level support maintenance and associated operations of an area's core telecom Network & Service technologies both from a legacy and next generation perspective.

    Manager: Contract Management

    Core Description

    • To fulfill cross functional contract management responsibilities during both pre and post contractual matters whilst monitoring the performance of all allocated contracts and ensuring best practice contract management is implemented until close-out.
    • This role will in this context be mainly responsible for managing the performance of Service Providers/ Contractors and own staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Engage with the business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
    • Conduct spend and market analysis and research to understand commodity trends within the organization compared to local and global trends.
