• Develop and implement strategies to expand Senwes’ grain market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Establish and oversee operational control frameworks across grain intake, storage, handling, and dispatch.
• Oversee stock level monitoring, movement tracking, and ensure data integrity across all sites.
• Analyse quality metrics to identify trends, risks, and required interventions.
• Drive operational optimisation and continuous improvement across grain operations.
• Act as a strategic link between Operations, Finance, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Establish and maintain robust risk and compliance frameworks across grain operations, quality, stock management, and financial controls.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business Mathematics, IT or any other relevant degree related to data analytics and formulation of models.
• At least 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong data analysis capability with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and financial modelling.

• You will analyse financial performance, monitor variances, track KPIs, and provide insights to management. The role also includes supporting system improvements (SAP & Equip), strengthening internal controls, assisting with projects, and contributing to business intelligence reporting.

Requirements:

• Relevant BSc degree or B-degree (CIMA advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP experience
• T-SQL / SQL exposure (advantageous)
• Strong analytical and project management skills

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Working on new projects and completing existing large projects.
• Performing electrical inspections.
• Carrying out reactive breakdown maintenance.
• Conducting scheduled and planned maintenance.
• Replacing and maintaining electrical assets.
• Completing job cards and reports.
• Providing technical feedback to supervisors.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• National Senior Certificate and N3 Certificate of Compliance (Wireman’s License).
• At least 3 years’ experience after apprenticeship as a qualified Electrician.
