    Training Facilitator (North West)

    Description

    • Understand and implement the unit operations plan by reviewing activities, projects, and performance measures, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring implementation daily.
    • Track and report on performance by monitoring progress against targets, identifying concerns, and submitting reports quarterly and as required.
    • Monitor performance by identifying deviations, analysing root causes, and implementing corrective actions monthly and as needed.
    • Comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge, attending training, and resolving queries daily and as required.
    • Comply with processes by staying informed on procedures, applying them correctly, and addressing concerns daily
    • Propose process improvements by identifying opportunities, presenting suggestions to the line manager, and providing relevant supporting information.
    • Determine business training needs by engaging stakeholders, identifying skill gaps, and developing structured training programs aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards.
    • Coordinate and implement technical training by collaborating with departments, developing training materials, scheduling sessions, and ensuring relevance to operational requirements.
    • Develop comprehensive training proposals by integrating technical expertise, industry insights, and business objectives into innovative learning solutions.
    • Educate customers on new products by partnering with R&D, translating technical specifications into effective training materials, and delivering product knowledge sessions.
    • Support customer and performance targets through technical testing, customer visits, proactive problem-solving, and implementation of effective solutions.
    • Enhance service delivery and compliance by building strong stakeholder relationships, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
    • Optimise resources by monitoring utilisation, improving allocation, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Implement expenditure within budget by understanding budget components and approving spending in line with policy on a monthly basis.
    • Monitor expenditure against budget by reviewing financial reports, comparing actuals to budget, addressing anomalies, and applying corrective action monthly.
    • Manage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) by ensuring comprehensive training is delivered, programs are completed, and any gaps or noncompliance identified during training are addressed promptly.
    • Monitor SHE by setting clear monitoring standards, completing all required activities on time, and resolving identified issues within deadlines.
    • Maintain SHE compliance by regularly reviewing practices, identifying noncompliance, and addressing issues efficiently within established timeframes.
    • Maintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external parties, providing and receiving feedback, and collaborating as needed.
    • Maintain relationships with service providers by understanding required service levels, monitoring delivery against standards, identifying concerns, and implementing corrective actions monthly and as required.
    • Contribute to the team by participating in team events, identifying support needs, offering assistance, and actively engaging with team members daily. 
    • Implement self-development activities by identifying development areas, sourcing capacity-building opportunities, obtaining approval, and successfully completing the activities. 
    • Contribute to the organisation by participating in company events, supporting organisational initiatives, and consistently demonstrating Enaex values.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • B Tech in HRD / Training and Development field or similar.
    • ETDP Diploma or similar.
    • Advantageous qualifications: Assessor / Moderator.
    • 5+ years' experience in Learning and Development.
    • 4 years in the mining/explosive’s environment.
    • Driver’s license.
    • MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SAP, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • MHSA, Explosives Act, OHSA, SDA, BBBEE.

    Maintenance Planner Assistant (North West - Rustenburg)

    Description

    • Ensure compliance with organisational policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge, participating in training sessions, and proactively sourcing answers to queries on a daily and as-needed basis.
    • Comply with established processes through accurate implementation, continuous process awareness, and timely resolution of any areas of concern.
    • Propose process improvements by identifying opportunities, presenting recommendations to the line manager, and supporting suggestions with relevant information and insights.
    • Support the completion of allocated maintenance planning by defining plans aligned with the work management process and departmental priorities, reviewing and submitting for approval, tracking adherence, providing guidance and support, and escalating non-compliance within set deadlines.
    • Assist in completing planning adherence schedules and reports by gathering and reviewing data in alignment with work plans, and preparing reports using defined templates within required timeframes
    • Support the implementation of new methodologies and technologies by attending relevant training, applying changes, monitoring outcomes, and providing constructive feedback within specified deadlines
    • Recommend improvements to planning by identifying opportunities, conducting evaluations, formulating recommendations, and presenting them for approval as needed.
    • Place orders for required spares and materials by receiving requests, submitting through procurement channels, and tracking delivery and receipt into stores as necessary.
    • Ensure effective implementation of SHE by delivering comprehensive training, completing training programs, and addressing any identified gaps or non-compliance.
    • Monitor SHE performance by establishing clear standards, ensuring timely completion of monitoring activities, and resolving issues within defined deadlines.
    • Maintain ongoing SHE compliance by reviewing current practices, identifying deviations, and correcting them within established timelines.
    • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating regular communication, exchanging feedback, and supporting collaboration.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Diploma or related in Engineering, Planning, Project management or similar.
    • N3 or N4 or relevant qualification.
    • Relevant trade test certificate.
    • 3+ years Maintenance Planning / Administration / Project Administration experience within a work management process and operations environment.
    • 2+ years within maintenance profession or technical area.
