    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic planning and execution across agricultural services
    • Develop a holistic service offering integrating agronomy, soil science, water management, and economics
    • Drive innovation through research, trials, and best-practice benchmarking
    • Build and manage a central agricultural data and insights capability (e.g. GIS, yield forecasts, trend analysis)
    • Strengthen client relationships and drive long-term value creation
    • Align and support related business units (financing, inputs, trading, processing)
    • Provide independent, data-driven insights to support financial and risk decisions
    • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams

    Millwright - Multi Green, Villiers

    Your Role

    • We are seeking a qualified Millwright to join our Multi Green team. This role is critical to the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our production and plant operations.
    • You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and optimisation of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, ensuring that plant equipment and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
    • This is a hands-on, operational role requiring a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to maintaining high technical standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and systems within the plant
    • Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
    • Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on a wide range of systems (motors, pumps, gearboxes, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics)
    • Maintain and support automation systems and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with required standards
    • Support plant infrastructure maintenance, including building, mechanical, and site-related repairs
    • Manufacture, fit, and repair machine components where required
    • Assist in reducing breakdowns and improving overall plant performance and uptime
    • Participate in daily maintenance planning and collaborate with production teams
    • Maintain accurate records, including maintenance logs, inspections, and compliance documentation
    • Guide and mentor assistants and apprentices, contributing to team capability building
    • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
    • Qualified Millwright (Trade Test essential)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience post trade test in a production or manufacturing environment
    • Code B driver’s license
    • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
    • Experience in industrial maintenance, automation, and plant systems
    • Welding, boiler making, or machining experience will be advantageous
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

    Snr Administrator Processing Data Admin - Grain Field Chickens Abattoir, Reitz

    Job Description

    • The incumbent will be responsible for administration such as assisting with developing and documenting standardized and/ or customized reports as well as supporting the Operations Data Admin Manager with other responsibilities, including data capturing on Avihance as well as generating/ processing/ Operations Reports in line with company Standard Operating Procedures.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
    • Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous.
    • 2 - 5 Years’ Admin/ data-capturing experience.
    • Some experience supervising a team.
    • Prior admin experience in an abattoir/ agricultural environment will be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of Avihance, NAV, Aavocet, M-Query will be a definite advantage.
    • Demonstratable Computer literacy: Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • A willingness to work overtime on weekends when required.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Administrative:

    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and analysis as required/assigned.
    • Document control: Compile, edit and review SOPs and other documents.
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • General administration (including filing, answering telephones, sending, and receiving emails and preparing documents) where it is required.
    • Provide administrative support to Operations and Management Teams.

    Others:

    • Correspondence with suppliers and customers on CHEP-related disputes.
    • Admin, ordering and inventory control of CHEP.

    Planning:
