Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Key Responsibilities
- Support & assist with implementation of the Market Excellence strategy across; Wholesale, Franchise, Re-distribution, & DTC / E-com with your customers relating to VM standards, & overall brand image.
- Orderbook Conversion & Management:
- Constant tracking of orderbooks, ensuring customers buys are aligned to category product strategies & stores always have the latest product.
- Analyze risks in terms of poor sell thru and excessive stock forward cover which could translate to overstock situations.
- Utilize mechanisms such as in season trading to assist partners with growth & foster new business opportunities.
- Provide realistic plans & forecasts on customer’s performances seasonally to guide forward season planning.
- Assist East Africa team in executing the adidas strategic objectives across relevant markets aligned to Global Market standards, while taking into consideration local East African market nuances.
- Provide relevant market insights to East Africa team for customer segmentation in a way that mitigates overtrading & cannibalization of key categories and key franchises.
- Assist in managing the store developments in relevant markets.
- Track overall market conditions including pricing parity & duty structures, and report findings to East Africa team.
- On boarding of new accounts as the need arises

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support the Senior Manager adiGolf - EM South in defining the short and mid-term objectives for the categories and driving the categories across all KPIs.
- Build and implement ranging of adidas Golf Category with focus on building range efficiencies, cross categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and alignment across key departments.
- Complete ownership of product merchandising, sampling & forecasting.
- Select an optimal range within the parameters set by the Senior Manager adiGolf
- (Incl. inline, promo, SMU, local production.)
- Support all aspects of range management, including segmentation.
- Manage the product cycle from inception through to discontinuation.
- Create market relevant segmentation strategies.
