    Alliance Manager

    We are looking for an Alliance Manager to join our dynamic team.

     

    Position Summary

    The Alliance Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with Microsoft as part of their One Commercial Partner Program.

    The Alliance Manager will work as the primary resource for building pipeline, coordinating resources and ensuring that our mutual sales teams work together to build a consistent revenue stream. They will also be responsible to educate our Microsoft leadership and their sales team on what Nebula has to offer and how to position our products to their clients.

     

    Key Responsibilities (KPA’s)

    Alliance Manager

    • Build, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with all Microsoft partner leadership and sales teams for the assigned territory.
    • Develop a solid working knowledge of Nebula products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential customers.
    • Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for all relevant stakeholders at Microsoft to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Consistently articulate Nebula’s value proposition to all Microsoft partner leadership and sales teams in order to maintain and increase Nebula’s share of Microsoft’s extensive customer base.
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft’s partner Go To Market and how to effectively maximize the opportunity that this partnership presents
    • Consistently articulate Nebula’s value proposition to all relevant stakeholders at Microsoft in order to maintain and increase Nebula’s share of each partner’s business.
    • Maximize coverage within a defined region and penetrate organizations to utilize Nebula products.
    • Coordinate sales activities with all relevant stakeholders at Microsoft to identify and close new business.
    • Work with Nebula Marketing and Sales teams to connect with the Microsoft sales teams and result in meaningful customer engagements.
    • Work with all relevant resources at Microsoft to drive pipeline, increase customer engagements and build a revenue stream via this partnership
    • Responsible for weekly feedback to Nebula leadership on relevant success criteria.
    • Provide detailed daily reports on the progress of weekly and monthly goals.
    • Log all activities to maintain the accuracy of Microsoft and Nebula CRM systems.

    Job Scorecard (KPI’s)

    New Business

    •  Successful achievement of our new business revenue target (10% growth on prior year revenue)
    •  Improve the deal / sales conversion success rate to 20% (1 in 5) from 10% (1 in 10)

    Job Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    •  Minimum of 4 years’ experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment.
    •  Experience facilitating on-boarding and enablement activities related to Microsoft partner program.
    •  Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
    •  Strong negotiation skills.
    •  Strong presentation skills.
    •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Excellent telephone skills.
    •  Ability to thrive in a team selling environment

    Scrum Master

    Position Summary

    The main purpose of the Scrum Master is accountable for applying agile practices within the company to produce highquality work. The Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

    Ultimately, they’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
    Key Responsibilities (KPA’s)

    Scrum Master 

    • Manage each products and projects execution of scope to timeline 
    • Coordinate internal sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups 
    • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
    • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests 
    • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur 
    • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint based on the definition of done
    • Manage the team resource and budget requirements
    • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Be the point of contact for external communications regarding timelines and status of sprint deliverables
    • Facilitate external customer project communication and effective collaboration
    • Coordinate external customer project and sprint meetings, status updates and demonstrations
    • Agile Coach
    • Onboarding of new team members
    • Coach team members in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and LEAN) 
    • Identifying, implementing and managing the required Agile tools 
    • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it 


    Requirements

    • Experience in a scrum master role 
    • Familiarity with software development 
    • Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement etc.)
    • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and LEAN)
    • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability 
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
    • Scrum master certification is a plus 

    Job Scorecard (KPI’s)  Stable and predictable velocity to facilitate planning o Sprint deliverables completed on time, within budget and in full based on the agreed definitions and policies
