    Team Leader, Operations

    Job Description

    • The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

    Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

    • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
    • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved  at a minimum weekly
    • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
    • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations
    • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
    • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
    • Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
    • Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training
    • Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members

    Sales Capability Specialist

    Job Purpose:

    • To drive sales excellence across the contact centre by leading coaching strategy, improving performance frameworks, and building sales capability beyond frontline team leadership. This role has strategic influence, works closely with operations leadership, and is responsible for delivering measurable revenue growth through enhanced sales skills and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Coaching Strategy & Leadership

    • Design, implement, and manage advanced sales coaching programmes across multiple teams.

    Performance Management

    • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

    • Create sales training modules tailored to specific products, campaigns, or market changes.
    • Lead workshops and masterclasses for top-tier sales skill development.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with Workforce Planning, Quality Assurance, and L&D teams to align on performance improvement initiatives.
    • Present coaching impact and performance insights to senior management.

    Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure all sales coaching activities are aligned with compliance, regulatory, and company standards.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in sales coaching within a contact centre, preferably at a multi-team or multi-campaign level.
    • Strong track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
    • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and coaching techniques.
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and motivational skills.
    • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant sales, business, or L&D qualification (advantageous).
    • Coaching or leadership certifications (e.g., ICF, ILM) preferred.

    Procurement Specialist (Work at Home)

    Job Description

    Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Sourcing: Conduct industry benchmarking and identify and pursue supplier performance optimisation and cost reduction opportunities across corporate-wide commodity categories.
    • RFx Management: Develop and manage the RFx process for procurement projects, including supplier evaluation, contract term development, pricing, licensing, functionality assessments, and product/service acquisition.
    • Procurement Analysis: Conduct detailed financial, functional, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making.
    • Process Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of procurement best practices across the Procure-to-Pay process, including order management, vendor management, supplier contracting.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in procurement within IT (hard- and software) procurement or a highly competitive environment is a must.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to interpret and negotiate basic to complex terms and conditions.

    Training Manager

    Job Description

    • The Manager I, Training assist with the analysis, scheduling and implementation of all classroom training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation.
    • This position is responsible for cultivating client and departmental relationships resulting in reduced cost, continual performance improvement, and increased revenue. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.

    • Exposure/Quality Management experience Advantageous
    • Clear Criminal and Credit Record
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
