    Stability Evaluator (Port Elizabeth)

    Job purpose

    • Track stability trials and obtain stability data for all products from local and international laboratories.
    • Review, evaluate and trend stability data and prepare stability reports.
    • Ensure pharmaceutical compliance with regards the handling, storage, supply, control, recording and destruction of scheduled stability samples

    Responsibilities

    Planning and Operational Support

    • Oversee work or serves as a lead technical expert in a complex area/ project.
    • Provide technical advice for issues experienced by internal stakeholders
    • Optimize and facilitate implementation of current processes
    • Identify gaps in current policies and procedures.
    • Propose changes or improvements to processes, tools, and techniques. 

    Stability Sample and Data Management

    • Handle, store and record scheduled stability samples according to SOP and standards.
    • Issue the correct supply of scheduled stability samples to local and outsource laboratories for testing.

    • Ensure accurate quantity of scheduled stability samples in stability chambers in accordance with legislated stock counts.

    Reporting and Record-Keeping

    Background/experience

    Job purpose

    • Develop, plan, and execute the master production schedule based on actual and forecasted customer demand.

    Responsibilities

    Production scheduling

    Demand Planner - Woodmead (JHB North)

    OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this role is to facilitate the forecasting and supply planning process. Act as a focal point to improve forecast accuracy and ensure optimal inventory levels. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Supply and Demand Planning

    • Responsible for monthly forecasting in collaboration with Marketing and ensuring maintenance of a 24 month rolling forecast in the JE planning system.
    • Use statistical forecasting to derive baseline demand after correcting lost sales history.

    Product Handler (Port Elizabeth)

    Job purpose

    • Carry out tasks related to receiving, material preparation, stocking, picking, cycle counting, finished goods preparation and loading of product

    Responsibilities

    Receipting

    • Check delivery vehicle and pallets for damage and ensure compliance to GMP.
    • Unpack the truck and sort by supplier and lot numbers.
    • Check shipping manifest and weigh materials; move suspect material to holding place.
    • Complete and verify the goods receipt document.
    • Hand receipt documents over to Administrator to book into BAAN.
    • Dust and pack by hand, and place on pallets, or by means of equipment.

    Stocking

    Picking
