- Create annual culture activities plan across the high school based on cultural organizing bodies schedules.

- An Honours’s degree in Arts
- Must be able to teach Dramatic Arts to Grade 10 to 12.
- Certificate in Events Management.
- IEB experience is essential
- SACE Registered.
- Experience in coaching and organizing cultural events.
- The suitable candidate must have a passion for the ARTS and to instill this passion to the learners to understand the contribution of studying towards the ARTS can be beneficial to their future.
- A person who has a clear vision, is able to continue to develop the Culture department within Curro Aurora and work incredibly closely with the Curro Create.
