    University Engagement Coordinator - Remote

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Generate high-quality contact lists to support the scheduling of meetings and the development of partnerships.
    • Send professional outreach emails, make calls, and use other approved communication channels to engage new leads.
    • Conduct outbound outreach to universities and potential partners to identify the most relevant contact person for partnership discussions.
    • Work closely with the Outreach Manager to refine outreach processes and maximise the number of meetings and partnerships secured each week.
    • Build and maintain accurate lead and account databases on Salesforce.
    • Provide flexible support to the wider Outreach Team as required to help achieve collective year-end targets.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    • Clear, confident communication skills(both written and spoken) to connect with university contacts via email and phone.
    • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, with CRM experience (Salesforce experience preferred).
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for smarter ways to work and improve processes.
    • Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
    • Research skills for identifying and verifying key contacts within organisations.
    • Familiarity with the higher education sector or student-focused initiatives (advantageous but not essential).

    Bonus if you also have:

    • Experience working with global markets.
    • Experience working on Trello or other project management platforms.
    • A background in social enterprises, education, or volunteering.
    • International travel experience.

    Travel Account Manager - Remote

    • Experience in relationship/account management, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Experience on Salesforce (not essential) 
    • Experience working with North America and EMEA markets.
    • Background in the educational travel industry or as a travel consultant.
    • International travel experience.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Champion Client Satisfaction: Become obsessed with the client experience, anticipating challenges and owning solutions to ensure every trip detail exceeds expectations.
    • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build strong rapport to establish loyalty and ensure participants consider World of Difference a trusted partner.
    • Masterful Project Coordination: Oversee the entire group travel process from contract to delivery, coordinating seamlessly with internal operations, sales, and business development teams.
    • Bridge Communications: Act as the vital link between our participants and internal departments, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
    • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and address potential challenges proactively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
    • Support Growth & Impact: Collaborate with sales and business development through offering tailored solutions and supporting new business meetings where required.
    • Manage Pre-Departure Support: Assist travellers with documentation collection, payment chasing, expectation management, and host engaging webinars.
