    Food & Beverage Manager

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee all front-of-house F&B service operations across race days, restaurants, bars, and external events, ensuring operational excellence.
    • Lead, train, and motivate service teams to uphold high hospitality and service standards, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Culinary team to ensure effective menu execution, timing, and service coordination
    • Work closely with Finance and Procurement to manage suppliers, sourcing, and inventory—verifying orders, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
    • Maintain accurate stock records, manage wastage and breakages, and implement effective loss prevention and cost control measures.
    • Prepare and analyse profitability, sales, and cost-of-sales reports; support budgeting, forecasting, and support commercial initiatives to enhance profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, OHS, and hygiene standards, conducting regular audits and staff training as needed.
    • Oversee POS systems, cash-ups, and reconciliations, maintaining financial accuracy and timely reporting.
    • Support the development of beverage menus, promotional and guest engagement initiatives to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
    • Handle guest feedback and service issues promptly and professionally, to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

    What You’ll Need

    • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration.
    • Minimum 5–7 years’ F&B management experience in multi-outlet or event-driven environments.
    • Proven commercial acumen with strong reporting and analytical skills.
    • Solid understanding of inventory, cost control and supplier management processes.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    Event Sales Manager

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with divisional objectives.

    Stock Controller (Operations)

    What You'll Do

    • Manage and control all operational inventory—including furniture, equipment, linen, cutlery, crockery, and décor—ensuring accurate records, maintenance, and readiness for all events.
    • Conduct regular stock takes, reconcile variances with Finance and Operations, and maintain audit-ready documentation to support financial and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Excel and approved inventory management systems, ensuring traceability and accountability for all items.
    • Label, catalogue, and track the movement of all operational items to prevent loss or damage, and implement effective control and loss prevention measures.
    • Coordinate requisitions for operational supplies in collaboration with the Events Operations Manager, ensuring requests are properly validated and routed through the Procurement Department for sourcing and purchase.
    • Verify deliveries against orders for quantity, quality and condition, and liaise with the Procurement Department and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or quality issues promptly.
    • Monitor the condition of operational assets, arrange repairs or replacements where necessary, and proactively ensure all items are event ready.
    • Support event logistics by ensuring timely availability, set up, and return of all operational items especially for multiple concurrent functions. Maintain compliance with OHS, hygiene, and safety standards in all inventory processes.
    • Prepare monthly inventory, usage and variance reports, providing insights and recommendations to Finance, Operations and Procurement where required.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams—including Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Events—to ensure smooth coordination of requisitions, deliveries, and asset management activities.
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management to support operational needs.

    What You’ll Need

    • Diploma in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Hospitality Operations.
    • 3+ years’ experience in stock control or logistics within events or hospitality.
    • Experience with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems will be advantageous.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
    • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
    • Physically capable of handling event equipment safely.
