    Red Bull Student Marketeer 2026 - Cape Town

    • Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level (at their campus). This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, in addition to working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.     BE A PRODUCT AND BRAND AMBASSADOR

    • Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
    • Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - answering any questions and concerns from consumers.
    • Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.

    Musketeer | South East Rand

    • "Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks, creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for identifying business opportunities in new On Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive both current and future sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Matric required
    • University degree preferred
    • Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
    • Previous experience working in the hospitality, night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred.
    • Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial.
    • Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
    • Strategic, innovative, commercially aware (shows understanding of sales and finance processes).

    HR Director

    • The HR Director, as part of the South African Management team, is responsible for leading and overseeing the Human Resources function in Red Bull South Africa by providing strategic and tactical partner services to the business that are aligned with Global HR Strategy of Red Bull.

    Talent Management, Development and Engagement

    • Drive and facilitate the talent management agenda. Impact and support the business to ensure talents retention, development, and succession preparation.
    • Ensure annual objective setting and review process is in place and facilitates ongoing feedback culture development and coaching.
    • Support Red Bull Engagement philosophy through management and delivery on the annual engagement survey, outcomes, and action plans.

    Labor Relations

    • Lead and ensure full compliance with local employment norms and legislation
    • Ensure that HR polices are communicated in timely manner and recorded compliantly.
    • Ensure legal requirements are being met in official HR related documents (contracts, notifications, insurances, etc.) and procedures (administrative communication with official organizations, social security, labor risk prevention, etc.)
    • Maintain the Code of Conduct and Conflicts register.

    EXPERIENCE
    Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

    • 7-8 years HR generalist/business partner/manager experience within a matrix environment & global organization working closely with senior leaders including the General Manager and HQ
    • Proven success in executing HR strategy at a national level and in developing local HR plans in line with the national business plan priorities.
    • Strong commercial and business acumen
    • Experience in project and change management both influencing the change and implementing initiatives.
    • Experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g., Success Factor, SAP HR, Smart Recruiters, Anaplan).
    • Previous team management experience preferred.
    • Experience in identifying and analyzing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will drive business objectives.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multi-task and coordinate with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
