    PMO Coordinator (UK hours)

    Position Overview: 

    • We are looking for a responsible PMO Coordinator to support Project Management Teams in organising and administering all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex implementations. 
    • The PMO Coordinator reports to the Operations Team but will work closely with Global PMO, Project Managers (PMs), Team Leaders, and the delivery teams in coordinating various aspects of project management processes. The primary objective of this role is to support overall project governance, with a strong emphasis on project tracking and reporting to ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and are managed in accordance with the MRI 4D Framework.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of project management processes and governance.
    • In this role, you will perform a range of coordinating tasks, such as schedule and risk management, as well as administrative duties, including maintaining project documentation and producing reports. To succeed, you should possess excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on time.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Conduct regular internal audits and project reviews with the Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure adherence to the MRI 4D Framework and identify areas for improvement
    • Use MRI tools, systems and data to assess project compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, report on actions, plans and budgets
    • Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting compliance issues, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions
    • Provide guidance and support to PMs in implementing corrective actions to get projects back on track
    • Develop and enhance project governance documentation, including policies, procedures, templates and guidelines and oversee communication and implementation
    • Ensure governance is applied correctly on MRI projects
    • Drive efficiencies within PMO and project management teams
    • Create management reports
    • Participate in PM focus groups
    • Assist PM Team Leaders and PMs in identifying and resolving project issues and bottlenecks
    • Coordinating Lessons Learnt
    • Develop and deliver training sessions to Project Managers and project teams on governance processes, methodologies, and best practices

    Requirements: 

    • 3-years of experience in project management, PMO Coordination, or a similar role ideally within a software development environment
    • Successful completion of PRINCE 2, PMBOK, PMP or equivalent project management course
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong teamwork, and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 360
    • Ability to analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks and issues

    Project Coordinator (UK hours)

    POSITION OVERVIEW: 

    • The Project Coordinator will be part of a centralised pool, providing flexible project coordination services to the Solution Optimisation Teams (SOT) and other internal teams as required.  They will work exclusively with existing clients, focussing on managing a high volume of smaller tasks and projects that contribute to service revenue.  Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, the Project Coordinator will prioritise and balance workloads across multiple teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own all stages of project delivery, from contracting via a statement of work (SoW) to final delivery and invoicing
    • Identify opportunities through direct client interaction, as well as referrals from Professional Services, Support or the Sales teams
    • Scope and estimate work based on client requirements
    • Prepare SoWs, secure internal approvals and obtain confirmation when necessary
    • Follow up with clients on issued SoWs, assisting in expediting SoWs, orders and resolving queries in coordination with Project and Account Managers
    • Ensure accurate recording of signed SoWs in CRM systems
    • Set up and manage new projects using internal systems and tools, such as OpenAir, while adhering to company processes and standards
    • Assign work to Project Managers or oversee execution while coordinating with consultants as needed
    • Close projects and finalise invoicing and reporting
    • Track and achieve business targets, including KPIs related to SoWs, project delivery, and client satisfaction

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
    • Assertiveness and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both internal teams and clients
    • Strong client relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Experience in developing commercially sound client proposals and SoWs
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
    • Understanding of monthly KPIs, business targets, and performance metrics
    • Prior experience in Professional Services, IT consulting or project management is a plus
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is an advantage

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide support answering phone calls and logging any email requests.

    Data Management Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect and organize data and documents from various sources
    • Accurately process and review financial source documents, including Interims, Audits, Tax Returns, Budgets, and Rent Rolls
    • Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and internal teams
    • Take accountability for ensuring data is processed within required SLAs
    • Use and maintain in-house data processing software
    • Validate the collection and accuracy of financial documents
    • Run client and internal training sessions when required

    Skills and Other Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field
    • 1 – 3 year’s experience in a similar role
    • High attention to detail
    • High level of accountability and collaboration
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with MS SQL is an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting Principles

    Senior Software Engineer
