    Lead: Innovation Project Management

    Purpose of the position:

    • This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to balance agility with governance, drive momentum, and ensure that innovation projects contribute to business success.
    • Facilitate planning, execution, monitoring and control of risk, time, cost, quality and completion of strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the innovative governance framework.
    • Foster collaboration, accountability, and alignment with key stakeholders across the business.

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Project/Programme management, operational execution, and excellence - Deliver and manage designated NPI projects to drive business growth and enhance competitiveness
    • Stakeholder Engagement, Leadership & Strategic Enablement - Foster a collaborative, motivated project team while leading and proactively coaching project teams in relation to project deliverables.
    • Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement - Drive effective governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency, new processes, and systems.

    The successful candidate must have the following Skills and experience:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree and project management certification.
    • 5+ years of experience in programme/project management within FMCG, preferably in NPI, or innovation roles.
    • Proven track record in cross-functional business partnering, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialisation processes.

    • Strong project management expertise (Gantt charts, risk matrices, project tracking tools).
    • Adaptability and attention to detail.

    Category Manager

    Purpose of the Job:

    • To lead, plan, and execute the global, regional and local category strategy for the Procurement Excellence priorities & programs. The Category Manager acts as a strategic sourcing business partner to internal OpCo stakeholders and serves as the interface to Heineken Global and local Procurement teams.
    • The role ensures supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and alignment with Heineken’s sustainability ambitions by translating global procurement strategy into actionable regional and local category plans/initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate the company’s procurement strategy into actionable category plans, including Procurement Excellence priorities & programs.
    • Lead the development and execution of local, regional and global categories in alignment with Heineken Global, Regional and local OpCo Procurement.
    • Participate actively in the global category community to share insights and align strategic goals.
    • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize value and ensure continuity of supply.
    • Analyze external markets and demand patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Implement sourcing strategies and tender processes that drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including Source-to-Contract and Source-to-Pay processes.
    • Support reporting and performance tracking through relevant HGP tool and platforms

    Job Requirements: Education and Experience

    • University level / master’s degree preferred
    • 7+ years of experience.
    • A minimum of 5 years with progressive responsibility in purchasing, project management, contract and vendor negotiations in an FMCG environment.
    • Solid knowledge of Category Management, marketing and sales principles.
    • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.

    Sales Representative

    Purpose of the Job

    • To sell and promote Heineken Beverages’ Brand portfolio by creating brand awareness and building brands in line with strategic objectives

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets through new business and upselling current customers.
    • Use data to inform customers’ understanding of which products can help them reach their goals and how to achieve this.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
    • Present products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner
    • Conducting market research to keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Build and maintain a strong brand image.
    • Communicate and collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team.
    • Drive and maintain Accessibility, Affordability, Availability and Activation
    • Run price driven promotions.
    • Maintain call strike rate in accordance with targets.
    • Share and implement new ideas regarding sales and improving effectiveness of the sales teams and/ or the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    • Take responsibility for personal improvement and skills development.

    Job Requirements

    Education

    • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry training and certifications are an advantage.

    Experience

    • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
    • Relevant experience within the Alcoholic Beverage or broader FMCG industry would be preferable.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Numerical and business acumen experience
    • High levels of energy, persistence, drive as well as a sense of urgency.
    • The ability to work optimally in a high performance and competitive environment.
    • Ability to plan realistically and take action to deliver on time.
    • Excellent negotiating skills to gain commitment to solutions by using your influencing and networking skills.
    • Have a passion for customer service by making clients and their needs a primary focus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High versatility to adapt to changing environment.
