    Buyer

    Key Responsibilities:

    Purchase Order Management:

    • Weekly  Supplier Order book alignment and management, inclusive of pumps and aftermarket sales requirement.
    • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.

    Supplier Coordination and communication

    • Communicate change requirements with suppliers via COUPA
    • Manage price increase requests, quotation process and lead times.
    • Manage and monitor Supplier OTD.
    • Manage supplier via COUPA change requests( delivery dates, price amendments)

    Supplier Performance and Data Management:

    • Create and manage matrices to measure supplier performance( OTD, Backlog)
    • Manage supplier deliveries

    Subcontracting and Special Projects, Pumps slotting

    • Manage subcontracting activities.
    • Handle special projects as needed to support overall supply chain efficiency.
    • Attendance and management of Slotting Room Procurement requirements
    • Adherence of all HSE and housekeeping requirements
    • Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

    • Matric. / Grade 12 certificate
    • National Diploma in Purchasing or equivalent
    • SAP  and COUPA literacy  would be advantageous
    • Minimum 3-5 years buying experience in an Engineering and or Manufacturing environment

    District Manager

    Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Grow market share and revenue in support to our customers in Kathu Northern Cape Region.
    • Growing market share within the Assmang Group within the Northern Cape. ··
    • Meet or exceed ESCO Africa sales, growth, gross margin, market share, and cash flow targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Actively support ESCO Africa strategies and objectives for the Northern Cape region.
    • Safety First, demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (N5 / National Diploma / bachelor’s degree)
    • Valid driver’s license
    • 5 years sales experience in a mining environment
