    Accountant

    Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Diploma in Accounting or fairly extensive experience
    • Minimum 3 years’ dealership experience in a similar position.

    Position Overview / Summary:

    • Bank reconciliation & allocating accounts
    • Receipting, allocating & reporting debtors
    • Cashflow forecasting
    • FIC reporting
    • Allocating cash sheets
    • Handling of cash – Petty cash & Cash for banking
    • Assisting of accounts payable & vehicle admin functions

    Accounts: Payable Clerk

    Main purpose of the Job:

    • To receive documents from internal and external suppliers as well as foreign currency vendors, scrutinize them for validity, process them, and prepare payments according to the policy and procedures of the company

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
    • Higher certificate in accounting (advantageous)

    Minimum Experience:

    • 1 to 3 years accounts payable and/or receivable administration experience
    • 3 years accounting systems experience: Sage
    • 3 years’ experience in AR or AP within the Cargo, freight, transport industry an advantage

    Technical:

    Senior Systems Administrator

    Job Summary

    • The VMware and Mitel Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting virtualized environments using VMware technologies alongside Mitel telecommunication systems.
    • This role ensures optimal system performance, high availability, and seamless integration between virtual infrastructure and communication platforms.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Work Experience/Requirements:

    • 3-5 years professional hands-on experience with VMware and Mitel technologies.
    • Proven experience in complex virtualized environments and unified communications systems.

    Essential Requirements: 

    •  Experience in  VMare technologies (vSphere, vSAN, NSX & vCenter)
    •  Knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN, VPN & firewals.

    • The role involves examining and assessing both the mechanical and cosmetic condition of passenger vehicles to ascertain the expenses needed for repairs.

    Academic Qualifications

    Essential:

    • Must have knowledge/skills to identify defects in and on a vehicle and correctly note the fault that needs repair work.
    • Must be able to apply correct interpretation of technical and cosmetic faults that fall outside of stipulated specifications of the manufacturer.
