    Customer Service Adviser

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver training sessions on our platform to clients being upgraded from our different systems.
    • Own the scheduling/re-arrangement of calls and correspondence with clients.
    • Delivering feedback to internal teams.
    • Ability to understand the requirements of platforms and speak to the differences
    • Ability to thoroughly train on the platform and handle objections/push back from clients on changes in platforms

    Job Requirements 

    • Matric / NQF level 4
    • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
    • Excellent understanding and comprehension of the English language - verbal and written required.
    • Understanding of US culture and language references.

    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

    Job Description

    • The principal activities of the organisation are the provision of business process outsourcing services to clients based globally, and forms part of a wider global group.
    • The organisation is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to work within their global finance team, overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organisation’s growth and profitability.

    Key Tasks

    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.
    • Collaborating with various business units to forecast income and expenses and highlighting main concerns and assumptions.
    • Modelling long-term growth and determining the business elements that influence it.
    • Ensure relevance of monthly, quarterly & annual forecasts considering current trends.
    • Provide comprehensive review and commentary on cost centre findings.
    • Teaming up with the executive team to develop the organisation's medium to the long-term financial and strategic plan.
    • Identify and comprehend business issues; propose and carry out solutions, through analysing financial data & key performance indications (KPI’s) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects, to support decision-making across the business.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
    • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting, by collaborating with the finance team.
    • Providing inputs for monthly book closure process for revenue & expense accruals.
    • Provide financial analysis and comments on monthly performance.
    • Evaluate and challenge business plans/incentives/changes to operational teams.
    • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring in collaboration with the business intelligence team.
    • Escalates any financial issues to management.

     Qualifications & Experience:

    •  Professionally Qualified – CA(SA) + 3-4 years’ post-articles AND proven experience in a similar role.

     OR

    • Academic degree obtained (Accounting/Finance) with 7-8 years proven experience in a similar role.

     Knowledge & Skills: 

    • Experience within the BPO or services sector or similar (preferred).
    • Experience engaging with senior management.
    • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills & experience.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis and management reporting.
    • Extensive experience of communicating with various stakeholders across multiple channels and geographies.

    Technical (systems) knowledge required: 

    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Strong presentation skills on PowerPoint

    Personal Skills: 

    • Strong written and verbale English communication skills.
    • Capable of managing expectations on delivery of tasks to leadership.
    • Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to a constantly changing, quick environment.
    • Strong relationship-building abilities in the workplace.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent & effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Has a results-driven mindset.
    • Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Has a strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software.
