    Account Executive - Networking Telco

    What You’ll Achieve

    As an Account Executive, you will develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within Telco Accounts building strong customer relationships in the field while ensuring a great customer experience for all.
    You will:

    • Support large complex Telco accounts in the networking and infrastructure space, and works with Client Executive (CE) to inform the global sales plan and provide expert insight into the networking opportunity
    • Gain access and manages relationships with senior level telco executives and orchestrate telco sales campaigns across a complex, matrixed sales organization. Conduct informal coaching sessions with internal teams
    • Provide insight to telco customers in order to create and leverage strategic partnership, world class account manager with strong boardroom/executive presence
    • Be seen internally and externally as the senior authority for telco technology, trends and business drivers. Identify cost effective and practical alternatives by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize our opportunity while meeting the customer’s needs
    • Responsible for large, complex opportunities, may be assigned to specific national account(s) that traditionally has the highest complexity and strategic importance to the firm

    Essential Requirements

    • 10+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role specific to the telco network (near-edge, far-edge, RAN). Ideal candidate will have successful experience in selling into the service delivery network of a Tier 1 telco and proven track record of having built telco industry relationships at the SVP and C-Suite level
    • Understanding of the networking business model and cyclical purchasing methodology for telecom service providers
    • Ability to identify, strategize and drive to closure net-new business opportunities
    • Executive-level oral, written, and presentation communication skills to interact with upper leadership, staff, vendors and clients

    Desirable Requirements

    • Skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
    • Credibility and expertise in RAN/ORAN, MEC, Edge, Networking , etc., Knowledge of company products and services as well as those of key competitors is a plus

    Inside Sales Account Manager - Medium Business

    What you’ll achieve

    As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

    You will:

    • Assist customers, partners & distributors in developing business solutions using Dell’s products and services
    • Collaborate with internal as well as channel resources to drive transactional volume and meet sales objectives for the assigned market
    • Continuously improve approaches and methods of selling company products and services
    • Build customer relationships through thought leadership
    • Be the first point of contact to the outside sales team and support on a strategic and operational level
