    Global Mobility Specialist

    Job Purpose:

    The main purpose of the job is to manage expatriate assignments to designated zones. This role will support the transition from one country to another, ensuring internal (zone and global mobility policies, budget) and external (tax and legal) compliance. The specialist remains the expat's SPOC for the duration of the assignment.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • End to end management of expatriate assignments to designated zones, serving as expatriate's internal point of contact for the life of the assignment
    • Coordinate with Rewards, Zone HRBP's and Talent Management to ensure assignment approvals, create and deliver expatriate proposals, including salary, variable, assignment allowances
    • Manage on-boarding process and vendor support related to tax, visa/immigration, destination services, household goods shipment, language training, insurance
    • Maintain compensation and payroll delivery for duration of assignment, including family changes, extensions, promotions, merits, etc
    • Conduct monthly zone calls to proactively discuss assignments as well as address issues/escalations.
    • Engage frequently with virtual Mobility support team, to ensure necessary activities are executed as and when needed
    • Get involved in Ad hoc projects as needed
    • Ensure service standards are met and /or exceeded, promoting a high level of service satisfaction, while protecting the company and employee best interests

    Profile:

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant area
    • 3-5 years business experience in Mobility, Compensation or Human Resources in a multinational environment
    • Ability to effectively interact with individuals at the highest levels in the company
    • Team player; flexible in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
    • Excellent Excel skills

    NOCC Supply PPM Specialist

    Key Purpose of the Role:

    • Assist in driving efficiencies across the NOCC Supply PPM stream

    Africa Zone Internal Controls Lead

    We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic person that is constantly looking to solve complex problems and improve compliance and the underlying business processes. Honesty and integrity are key qualities along with attention to detail and quality.  The individual must be able to lead the implementation of controls in the Zone and liaise with different functions to build strong relationships that enable implementation and compliance.  He / She must possess strong communication and influencing skills and be able to perform well in a pressurized working environment.

    The candidate should be a change agent, whom, with the support of the Internal Controls Functions and NoCC Account to Report Director, has the ability to see the big picture and prioritize accordingly to achieve the most efficient outcome for the customer in the business.

    Job purpose: The NoCC Internal Controls Lead is overall accountable for establishing and maintaining a strong control environment (MICS, SOX, DAG and Policies) within the NoCC and Zone through timely identification, monitoring and reporting of risk within the business.

     

    Key roles and responsibilities:

     

    Policies:

    • Communicate new policies to BU’s;
    • Provide support on policy compliance queries;
    • Conduct training where required on existing or new policies; and
    • Monitor compliance to applicable policies within the BU.

     

    Delegation of Authority (DAG):

    • Conduct function specific training on DAG requirements and the implementation thereof;
    • Review Control Self Assessments for gaps/issues noted in compliance,
    • Provide support on compliance queries; and
    • Perform ad hoc reviews on MICS testing to ensure DAG requirements are adhered to.

    Representation Letters:

    • Maintain an accurate and up to date list of recipients for the quarterly Functional Representation letters;
    • Monitor completion status and follow up on outstanding representation letters;
    • Review, consolidate and present BU Representation letters to the Zone; and
    • Track, monitor and assist business with the closing of issues (Functional and BU Representation letters).

    Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) (not limited to):

    • Reconcile and align results of Control Self Assessments (CSA) with the results from the independent assessment of IC team/GRM reviews/Forensics/External Audit issues;
    • Provide training/guidance to control owners and controls executors on their understanding and execution of controls in accordance with the requirements of the MICS framework, aligned to local systems and processes;
    • Provide support on the implementation of KPI/ data driven testing;
    • Perform quality review of action logs for the application of adequate root cause analysis and risk quantification methodologies as required per the Global and/or Zone methodologies;
    • Drive standardization of control instances aligned with Global methodology and targets;
    • Collaborate with GRM and external auditors to incorporate any additional controls gaps identified into the existing internal controls testing procedures;
    • Initiate and drive the alignment of controls to the global recommended locations;
    • Present gaps and recommendations for improvement to all the relevant stakeholders, including global;
    • Key point of contact to the business for internal control queries on MICS, DAG, SODs and Finance Control policies;
    • Key contact for local external auditors: ensure alignment on timelines, scoping, progress, reporting of results, etc.;

    Master Data:

    • Ensure all Cognos company codes are accurately created in GRC;
    • Ensure that the GRC Master data, Global PowerBi and the centrally maintained MICS Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) are accurate and up to date with all Zone and Global requirements;
    • Review PowerBi Master data KPI’s and ensure targets are achieved quarterly;
    • Ensure Not Applicable and Sox scoping files are completed and kept up to date; and
    • Ensure controls are mapped to the correct location as accepted by the Control Owners.

    Reporting:

    • Develop regular routines with key stakeholders to provide status updates and/or keep abreast and support in any changes or challenges that impact controls;
    • Report monthly to Functional management on the status of Internal Controls;
    • Prepare Quarterly Zone Deep deck for Global reporting; and
    • Assist with ad hoc reporting requests for Zone/Global.

    Adhoc:

    • Assists with ad hoc management request reviews and ad hoc Global/ Zone requests;
    • Engage with other countries/zones and benchmark business processes governing controls in order to enhance methods, processes and systems that will improve effectiveness and compliance of business process that meet the organisational goals;
    • Remains current with best practice and legislation to ensure the adequate analysis and review of a variety of applicable areas in the business.

    Profile:

    • Bachelors Degree/Honours (Finance/Audit preferred) or equivalent is a requirement; and
    • Professional Qualification, i.e. CA(SA), CIA or equivalent will be beneficial.
    • More than 5 years business control, internal control or audit experience.
    • Experience in leading teams across different locations.
    • Understanding of the principles and application of good corporate governance and internal controls, with specific knowledge of the Africa corporate governance environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Brewing Machine Specialist

    Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

    • OPERATIONAL SUPPORT 
      • Provide specialist support to the shift based teams during operations ​
      • Assist as functional expert in problem solving. ​
      • This must be undertaken in support of the Process Artisan Where requested, provide guidance and advice to the shift based teams​​
    • PLANNED MAINTENANCE 
      • Take part in maintenance planning meeting, contributing suggestions and clarifying work required ​
      • Carry out work during the planned maintenance window in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule issued by the planner  ​
      • Partake in maintenance post mortems to feedback problems, opportunities and learnings from maintenance activities ​
    • ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 
      • Partake in cleaning, lubrication and inspection in accordance with the maintenance schedule issued by the Maintenance Planner ​
      • Carry out routine maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule ​
      • Where problems have been uncovered during routine maintenance, these must be resolved using the appropriate PS techniques​
    • RUNNING REPAIRS 
      • On request, partake in carrying out running repairs on plant and equipment, or support the Shift Artisans in carrying out repairs ​
      • When carrying out repairs, assess the problem and determine a course of action   ​
      • Complete the administration tasks relating to any running repairs that the Technician has carried out as per SAP requirements
    • PROBLEM SOLVING 
      • Where problems have occurred during routine activities, apply the correct problem solving approach to resolve ​
      • Where required, call in additional resources to assist in problem solving or escalate to the Engineering Controller for direction ​

    PPM Manager

    The key purpose of this role is the full responsibility for planning, reporting and control cycle of Supply budgets (VIC, FIC, ZBB, CAPEX, People, Internal Control) on a monthly, quarterly and year end base for the plant.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    1. Annual Plan / Budget​
      1. Adhere to all deadlines, milestones and submission requirements to the Zone Supply PPM team ​
      2. Review all budget calculations for OPC’s/BOMs and own the end to end process ​
      3. Lead the ZBB budget process for the plant and ensure all guidelines, templates and timelines are adhered to ​
      4. Support on the completion of the CAPEX budget as required​
      5. Lead the headcount and paycost planning process for the plant​
      6. Ensure all champions initiatives are properly embedded in the budget while avoiding double counting​
      7. Prepare management review presentations for Zone, respecting guidelines, templates and timelines ​
      8. Ensure final budget is properly uploaded in all relevant tools (COGNOS, SCFD, SAP, TM1)​
      9. Provide correct bottom up VIC standards and actuals for MACO reporting​
      10. Monthly Process (reporting/analysis/review/LE)​
      11. Responsible for the preparation of a full year forecast outlook (LE) for the plant ​
      12. Identify opportunities to continuously improve results​
      13. Identify risks, respective route causes and identify gap closing action plans ​
      14. Consolidate and report LE on a monthly basis to the Zone Supply PPM team​
      15. Review of new PCE’s/BOMs on a monthly basis as and when required​
      16. Review of the plant P&L and validation that the results reported are accurate and there is no material misstatement ​
      17. Review of headcount & paycost reporting on a monthly basis​
      18. Leads the completion and presentation of the monthly plant T&M deck with the Plant Manager​
      19. Monitors coherence between Budget, CAPEX and ZBB Performance of the Plant​
      20. Responsible for monthly and year end closing activities in supply (esp.. validation of accruals)​
      21. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results in line with approved policies & procedures​
      22. Manage Relationship with Network of Capability Centre (NoCC) for outsourced activities​
      23. Tracks performance targets for the Brewery Operations to reach World Class Excellence Operational efficiency. (e.g. TEL calculation, by product income tracking, packaging & brewing beer loss etc)​
      24. Assess Operational efficiency Supply, identify initiatives and lead actions plan to optimize the Supply performance and to close the gaps towards 3YP, Budget, LE, Global Benchmarking.​
      25. Executes Management Reporting for the plant to enable best-in-class operational performance management ​
      26. Review of fixed asset management​
