    NOCC Supply PPM Specialist

    An exciting opportunity for a proactive, efficient and conscientious individual with strong attention to detail and communication skills, who is a team player and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.

    Key Purpose of the Role:

    • Assist in driving efficiencies across the NOCC Supply PPM stream
    • Assist in delivering value-adding products to support key business decisions
    • Identify opportunities for reporting automation across the VIC PPM stream
    • Assist in driving adherence to key controls to across the VIC PPM stream
    • Assist in driving customer focused mind-set in the team

    Key roles & responsibilities:

    Annual Plan / Budget includes, but are not limited to:

    • Adhere to all deadlines, milestones and submission requirements to the Zone VIC PPM team
    • Completion to all budget calculations w.r.t price and OPC’s/BOMs, completion of budget SCFD submission by plant
    • Completion of final budget is properly uploaded in all relevant tools (COGNOS, SCFD, SAP, Syspro, TM1, BPC)

    Weekly & Monthly Process includes, but are not limited to:

    • Assist in delivery of weekly and monthly usage variance reports
    • Review of month end journals relating to VIC where necessary
    • High-level analysis and insights to usage and price variance by material
    • Assistance in completion of monthly actual SCFD submission and submission to Global
    • Assistance in completion of standard reporting decks
    • Completion of reconciliations between systems, monthly analysis files, weekly KPI’s reporting & standard usage variance trackers

     

    Profile

    • BCom, CIMA / CA (SA) or progress towards (preferred)
    • 2 years experience in managing financial performance in FMCG or Beverage industry
    • High level of service mindset with accurate outputs
    • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, etc), with particularly strong Excel skills
    • Knowledge of consolidation & reporting tools (Cognos, TM1, BI)
    • Good Knowledge of ERP Systems – SAP, Syspro
    • Excellent analytical and reporting skills & problem solver
    • Used to working with deadlines
    • Ability to work in a well organized, accurate and reliable manner
    • Working in a multi-cultural environment
    • Communicative, team oriented and open for change
    • Highly results focused
    • Prioritization of workload in an effective manner with ability to take own initiative

    Understanding of :

    • Agile, Agile WOW, Systems, Organisational skills:  planning, focus & discipline, Aligning strategic and operational needs. 
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
