What you will do?

You will partake in a rigorous training during the internship program, working face-to-face with team members within A&AS. This is an opportunity for you to become a highly sought-after Deloittian, offering a scarce skillset underpinned by Global excellence and a recognised brand. The course is a full-time intensive course.

Qualifications
Requirements:

- Computer Sciences (with mathematics basis) or STEM related degree. Strong Mathematical ability is important.

Job Description
Main Purpose of Job
- To build a sustainable and mutually beneficial Talent Relationship with the Africa Talent Clients through the provision of Top Talent as well as Talent Intelligence.

- Ensure that workforce planning forms the foundation of your operational plan, with the cooperation and insight of strategic stakeholders within Africa Talent.
- Ensure that you become a trusted Talent Advisor within the Business through comprehensive communication and relationship development with key stakeholders.
- Full accountability and ownership of all vacancies within Africa Talent.
- Full accountability and ownership for the entire recruitment process within Africa Talent, this includes adherence to policies and procedures.
- With candidates provided by the sourcing team, external agencies, builds a healthy and engaged talent pipeline.
- Building talent pools and industry related talent maps.
- Sourcing / headhunting by utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms (Boolean searches etc.)
- Full utilisation of the Coordination Team.
- Through Talent Intelligence and Initiatives ensure that you are able to strategically and proactively identify and build relationships with talent pools.
- Ensure that you are consciously and actively marketing Africa Talent, through a variety of mediums and channels, this includes but is not limited to social media and networking.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to the recruitment process and the reporting thereof.

- Supports leadership in the delivery of services to clients in line with the defined strategic objectives:
- Provides support to management in the implementation of change initiatives
- Works with team to complete work by set deadlines advising manager of any issues prior to deadlines
- Develops relationships with peer group within Africa Talent to understand our business and develops an understanding of the various skills required by each Africa Talent client.
