    Senior Associate - Emerging Channels

    Overview:

    National Account Manager of Emerging Channel Accounts (including Pharmacy, Ecommerce and Other) through Retail Key Account activity to achieve the company’s overall Sales Account Revenue budget, Trade Spend management, Distribution and Delivered Profit objectives. As well as maintain the long-term strategic relationship across key retailer contacts (including Head Office, regional buyers and DC contacts, Marketing Directors, and Independent Buying Group Owners)

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with Key National Buyers and stake holders as well as Head Office
    • Develop sales strategy within account planning process (with focus on managing the 4P’s – Product, Placement, Price and Promotion inline with internal guidance)
    • Set plans within the customer mix to deliver the required account volume and profit objectives as set by the Company
    • Achieve Market share, Sales Targets and Trade Spend Budgets
    • Drive regional agents to ensure execution of activities within the different accounts as well as deliver on Customer P&L
    • Develop and monitor forecast volume accuracy, business analysis and implement course corrections on a monthly basis

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • BCOM Marketing/Business Management
    • 2-3 years key account management experience in retail channel
    • FMCG experience
    • P&L management.
    • Microsoft and AC Nielsen. SAP (BW) an advantage. Insights data.
    • Customer Marketing/Marketing /Sales operations/Cross-Functional experience will be a definite advantage.
    • Existing relationship with Key Franchisee partners in trade will be advantageous.

    Associate Manager, Site Engineering - Rosslyn

    Overview:

    This position provides Global Engineering with a site-based engineering leader who is responsible for providing enduring technical excellence across a number of operational functions for SC Johnson.  The incumbent will have a leadership role with technical contributions for local initiatives.  This position requires strong personal initiative to identify opportunities and implementing Best Practice across the SC Johnson’s manufacturing site.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for safety and the adherence to policies and regulations to ensure that all engineering tasks are performed in a safe manner.
    • Oversees the project design & implementation of team members. Directs department activities to design new processes, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
    • Sets direction for Capital Investment for future replacement, new lines or factory development projects. Prepares detailed capital budget forecasts for the site and works directly with the regional Capital & Asset Management Leader for roll-up into full S.C. Johnson’s Capital Expenditure Plan.
    • Leads local engineering standardization for Global Engineering as related to projects and processes in order to provide common tools for estimating, project documentation, and equipment evaluation to improve speed to market on new products.
    • Drives the development and implementation of Engineering Best Practices throughout the site.
    • Provides feasible process, controls and packaging solutions, as well as associated capital estimates and timelines for new marketing initiatives by coordinating with regional Engineering, Technical Platform Experts, machine suppliers and internal customers.

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Engineering Degree with 5 years engineering experience and project management
    • FMCG background preferably within aerosol

    AMET Manager Lean - Capabilities

    Overview:

    The Regional Mfg. Excellence Manager is a key resource to lead the connection between the Global Mfg. COE standards and the individual Site Leadership application.  He/She will be engaging with the global, regional, and local leadership teams to coordinate project work, conduct loss analysis and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing facilities within an assigned region.  This role will direct and supervise specific manufacturing excellence initiatives through local leadership teams .  It is also a strategic partner for the Regional Director MFG in building and implementing the vision.  This role will be implementation and best practice sharing focused. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute Manufacturing Excellence initiatives through local teams in across the 6 plants in Africa & middle east, as well as 4wall program through identification, validation and execution phase ensuring delivery of expected savings and development opportunities
    • Coach manufacturing leadership teams with regards to Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques as required
    • Lead loss deployment and focused improvement against any and all plant/global metrics
    • Drive total end to end savings projects throughout the supply chain
    • Manage key metrics as assigned from beginning to end and report out to EMEALT as required (team capability)

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Manufacturing Experience +7 years
    • Lean/TPM Knowledge & experience in TPM/Lean application in a manufacturing environment.
    • Leadership and Management – Proven strong leadership, people skills and communication abilities
    • Project Management skills - Knowledge of our internal Project Management Process and how to succeed
    • Education – Bachelor’s degree.  MBA degree is desirable
    • Travel – Up to 50%
