    Junior Credit Controller

    • The Junior Credit Controller is responsible for helping the company manage customer debts. They coordinate the debts of existing customers, help facilitate the collection of debts from said customers and manage any new requests for credit.

    Job Description

    • Manage the age analysis to ensure accurate tracking and effective management of accounts.
    • Follow up and collect outstanding debt from the medical aid schemes, insurers, patients, members, and guarantors.
    • Ensure accurate billing of claims according to scheme rules and agreements.
    • Prepare documentation for all refund requisitions.
    • Process medical aid remittances accurately and address short payments promptly.
    • Liaise with medical aid schemes and patients to address account queries and resolve shortfalls.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to provide feedback on the collection status and relevant collection notes of each account.
    • Promptly address and resolve queries from both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
    • Complete daily additional functions accurately.

    Job Description

    • Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for approx. +600 employees for your assigned companies.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of the monthly and weekly payroll inputs, including relevant deductions/garnishees, bonuses and statutory requirements.
    • Review and check the accuracy, completeness and correctness of payroll documents.
    • Ensure compliance with tax, legal and statutory regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
    • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
    • Generate month end payroll reports for management review.
    • Reconcile month end pension and medical aid recons for your assigned companies, and/or group companies.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiencies.
    • Maintain the payroll filing system, keeping records organised and easily accessible.
    • Assist with audits and adhoc duties as required.

    Job Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator
    • Knowledge and experience of Sage 300 People System, as well as the Kronos System
    • In-depth understanding of payroll legislation, statutory and tax regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Case Manager

    • Case management is a specialized practice and each patient admitted to the hospital is assigned a nurse case manager. The clinical case managers ensure that the care our patients receive is coordinated, safe, timely, and effective, efficient, equitable and patient centered.

    Job Requirements

    • Qualified Registered Nurse
    • A qualified EN with relevant experience would be considered
    • Both need to registered with SANC and proof of indemnity cover
    • Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a multidisciplinary hospital.
    • Experience and exposure in Theatre and/or ICU would be advantageous
    • Hospital or Medical Aid scheme case management would be an advantage.
    • Experience in ICD 10 and CPT coding is essential
    • Knowledge of Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) Scheme rules and policies

    Job Requirements

    • Current Registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
    • Proven experience as an Enrolled Nurse
    • Previous experience in a Private Hospital is advantageous

    • Understand basic IPC practices
