    HRIS Product Owner

    • The Principal Service/Product Offer Management Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service.
    • This role brings the deep knowledge of a product or service to the required crafting of a technical solution(s) in support of clients and also has a deep understanding of the organization thereby ensuring that their crafted solution(s) meet client requirements.
    • The Principal Service/Product Offer Management Specialist is responsible for effectively promoting and positioning the company's product and / or services in the market and is also required to identify new commercially viable products or services, as well as any opportunities for the enhancement of existing products or services.
    • By monitoring the legislative, regulatory environment and shareholder requirements, the Principal Service Product/Offer Management Specialist provides expert insights and impact assessments to the organization and ensure full compliance.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Engages with Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects and Solution Architects to ensure that the crafted solution meets client requirements.
    • Achieves set and agreed product sales to meet specified financial goals.
    • Designs, develops and delivers product training to client facing staff.
    • Provides advice, influences and guides the Sales team to ensure that they are equipped to close deals that involve their products and services.
    • Engages with and offers support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project’s success.
    • Analyzes product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources.
    • Facilitates the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.
    • Researches and interprets competitor offerings and market trends against client base with a strong data analysis focus.
    • Determines the appropriateness of pricing of existing and new investments strategies in line with projected value, competitor offerings and market trends.
    • Provides product design and modelling/testing new and existing solutions.
    • Drafts and maintains product specifications documents.
    • Evaluates market trends associated with the particular product of product line.
    • Provides product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals.
    • Writes RFI/RFP responses and bids and obtains vendor product certification for the product portfolio.
    • Recommends product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
    • Involvement in product development life cycle in order to understand how new products or new product features will impact both the end user and the client facing areas that directly support end users.

    Data Privacy Analyst

    Your day at NTT DATA

    • The Data Privacy Analyst reporting into the global Data Privacy Corporate Implementation Services Lead within the Global Data Privacy Center of Excellence (CoE), will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation and oversight of the Data Privacy program within Corporate Functions, including People & Culture, Marketing, Finance & Operations (Finance, Office of Information Security and IT), Sustainability Business, Risk, as well as extended functions that form part of the group. The Data Privacy Analyst will work closely with the Data Privacy Corporate Implementation Services Lead, and Data Privacy Specialists and stakeholders in each of these functions to ensure that appropriate controls, across people, process and technology, are put in place at a global and country level, to support compliance with data protection laws and regulations, industry standards and NTT DATA, Inc.’s global Data Privacy policies.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Support the Global Data Privacy Corporate Implementation Services Lead in:
    • Implementing Data Privacy initiatives, tools, and frameworks across Corporate Functions.
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of privacy documentation and templates.
    • Creating and maintaining the global Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) ensuring it reflects all processing activities and associated data flows, including cross-border data transfers, for the Corporate Functions and extended group entities.
    • Ensure ROPA’s are accurate, complete, and regularly maintained across all Corporate Functions
    • Account for country-level nuances when documenting processing activities.
    • Ensure that Privacy Risk assessments are conducted on all ROPAs
    • Ensure that DPIAs are conducted for all High-Risk ROPAs
    • Ensure 3rd party privacy assessments are conducted and linked to the associated ROPA
    • Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections, including the ability to promptly provide ROPA documentation to Data Protection Authorities upon request
    • Lead periodic reviews and audits of ROPA entries to ensure ongoing compliance and operational accuracy.
    • Provide input and ensure the completion of DPIAs and other Data Privacy assessments to assess the impact of new or changes to processing activities involving personal data and support the Corporate Functions in embedding Data Privacy controls into business processes and systems.
    • Where applicable, document and assess Data Privacy risks and develop strategies to manage or mitigate them
    • Manage and coordinate the intake, triage, and resolution of Data Subject Requests (DSR) (e.g., access, deletion, correction),
    • working with IT, Legal, and business teams to ensure timely and compliant responses.
    • Maintain DSR logs and support reporting and metrics for compliance tracking.
    • Monitor and manage the central Data Privacy group inbox.
    • Respond to internal queries, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
    • Identify trends in queries to inform training needs and process improvements.
    • Participate in Data Privacy working groups and governance forums.
    • Maintain your technical expertise by keeping abreast of developments in data privacy, participating in industry forums and undertaking continual training and development

    • Experience in advising on data protection matters with practical advice 
    • Experience in risk management activities and practices (preferred)
    • Experience in working with or advising large, multinational organizations 
    • Experience in working on compliance projects
    • Experience in telecommunications, technology and/or professional services (preferred)
    • Experience with One Trust, 6clicks (preferred)
