    Lead Consultant: Network Engineer

    Purpose of the job

    • To manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of new and existing highly complex network (WAN/LAN/Data Center) connectivity solutions and the impact of these solutions on operations of all network and other external disciplines, including scanning and lifecycle management of all network assets.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Network Infrastructure services Preparation.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Required Qualification: 3 Year National Diploma/Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant Engineering/Telecommunications) at NQF level 6.
    • Certification: CCNA and or CCNP and or HCIA and or HCIP (expiry irrelevant) is a requirement.
    • Experience: 8 - 9 years practical experience in ICT field with a minimum of 2 - 3 years management responsibilities in a large corporate including experience in the provision of ICT solutions, specifically within WAN environment.

    Consultant: Asset and Configuration Management

    Purpose of the job:

    • To manage and govern the full Asset and Configuration Management (ACM) function by ensuring accurate asset lifecycle control, enforcing Service Asset and Configuration Management policies and processes, and maintaining the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) (in the related asset management system) for all identified assets. The role leads asset audits and disposal processes, including initiating Supply Chain Management (SCM) appointments for service providers, oversees asset movements and compliance, and manages the Head Office and Provincial ACM team to ensure effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across the organisation.

    Network Engineer

    Purpose of the job

    • To Monitor network status, attend to network incidents and service requests to ensure service restoration, and complete root cause analysis.

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    Qualifications and Experience:

    End User Computing Technician

    Purpose of the job

    • To provide remote and onsite LAN and Desktop technical support to Workstations and Network infrastructure, ensuring that the clients requirements are always met and their expectations exceeded.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Provide 1st & 2nd level LAN & desktop support.
    • Install and configure new IT equipment.
    • Implementation, customisation and maintenance of the remote software deployment.
    • Provide support to the enterprises local IT and software resources.
    • Provide LAN & desktop advisory services to clients.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum: Grade 12 PLUS National Higher Certificate in IT (NQF Level 5) with A+/N+ either as a subject of the Certificate OR as a separate certification (expiry irrelevant).
    • Experience: At least one-year corporate experience in an End User Support / Service Management environment, OR 1–2 years’ experience years relevant experience in the End User Computing services and related LAN Infrastructures Services. Maintenance and support service of the End User Computing Services relating to all LAN Infrastructure Services such as servers, desktops, LAN cabling, switches and other LAN peripherals. Maintenance and support to ensure the availability of the services according to prescribed procedures, policies, standards and SLA’s. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software service requests, incidents and problem within End User Computing and all related LAN infrastructure.

    Technical Competencies Description

    • Knowledge of: Desktop operating systems and application. Network cabling and telephony system. Security software and hardware. Technical support and maintains of the application system(s), hardware and software End User Computer and LAN infrastructure principles and topology, Internet protocols, services. Routing and switching technologies. ITIL. Procedure, Policies and standards.

    Senior Internal Auditor - Performance Audit

    Purpose of the job

    • Co-ordinates audit procedures and processes, monitoring compliance and, conducting investigations and risk analysis to determine the extent of variation or non-conformance to statutory requirements, policies and procedures, preparing and presenting comments and opinions and providing guidance on the interpretation of principles to enable re alignment of functions and responsibilities ensuring the activities of SITA are conducted and concluded in a credible manner.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Registration with a Professional Body: Current Registration with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is recommended /the candidate must be eligible to register with IIA.
    • Experience: 3-4 years' auditing experience, which includes 2 years’ experience in performance audit AND including at least 1 year experience at a supervisory level. The incumbent will be required to engage with various stakeholders/role players and to travel nationally/internationally, as and when required.

    Technical Competencies Description

    • Knowledge of the Auditing process, applications and principles to enable analysis, evaluation and reporting;
    • Understanding of various and relevant legislation; Performance Audit Principles; Professional Standards for the

    Business Analyst

    Purpose of the job:

    • To help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. (review, assessment, and development of business processes).

    Lead Business Architect x4

    Purpose of the job

    • To manage and execute Business Architecture programs/projects/activities successfully, which will ensure quality architecture that is fit-for-purpose, in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.

    • Experience: 8-9 years’ experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT Planning, systems development / procurement, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. Experience in business analysis/ business process management/business planning and business process engineering/reengineering, including modelling. Experience in Business Architecture. Experience in business solution design.
