    Cash Flow Administrator - 3 Weeks Contract

    We're seeking an immediately available Cash/Finance Administrator - 3 Weeks Contract - Cape Town. You must be available immediately. You must be currently living in Cape Town

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Experience in handling documents such as POP’s, receipts, cash deposit slips
    • Are comfortable to use a financial software system (being the deposit receipting application)
    • Are comfortable to navigate an application such as Venquiry (which means being able to read a member account statement)
    • Proficient with emails

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Matric
    • 2 + years of Financial Administration experience
    • Experience in handling documents such as POP’s, receipts, cash deposit slips
    • MUST HAVE A CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD
    • MUST BE CREDIT CLEAR
    • MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDAITELY

    Package & Remuneration

    • Salary: R50 per hour
    • Contract: 3 weeks

    Insurance/Financial Services Administrator - Temp. to Perm - La - Lucia ( KZN)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • End to end management of local and offshore new business
    • Assisting with the retention of ongoing local and offshore business
    • Updating policy review schedules
    • Creating and updating spreadsheets based on client’s contributions and withdrawals over a period
    • Opening and preparing client files and updating files as soon as any changes or additions occur
    • Confirming all meetings and appointments and following up on documentation and enquiries with clients
    • Processing all acquired information before and after appointments to ensure that all documentation is correctly completed, and no information is missing
    • Tracking the new business process and confirming the issuing or cancellation of business
    • Gathering underwriting requirements from clients, doctors, traveling nurses, etc. and following up with the Advisor
    • Managing calendars and organising meetings / functions with key role players
    • Communicating with relevant role players to ensure that enquiries from clients and advisors are swiftly and efficiently addressed in a friendly and professional manner
    • Providing and assisting with ongoing business support and training as necessary
    • Handling telephone duties
    • Addressing any administrative matters

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Tertiary Qualification Diploma/Degree
    • 2 years of financial services/insurance experience
    • MUST HAVE 2 years of insurance/financial services administration experience
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office—especially Excel
    • Must be able to start immediately

    Package & Remuneration

    • Salary : R15 000 per month
    • Contract: temp. to Perm
    • MUST HAVE Insurance/Financial Services Administration experience
