    Project Manager | Compliance & Regulatory | Cape Town

    • We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to lead strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives.
    • This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory alignment across complex systems and processes. You will play a pivotal role in driving the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering projects that meet stringent governance and compliance standards. This is a chance to influence critical business outcomes while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Regulatory Project Leadership

    • Lead the JIBAR to ZARONIA transition project, ensuring seamless implementation across systems, processes, and products.
    • Align project delivery with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

    Project Planning & Execution

    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Allocate and optimise resources to ensure successful delivery under tight deadlines.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure project success.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

    Governance & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal policies.
    • Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and compliance metrics.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services.
    • Expertise: Proven track record in delivering compliance/regulatory projects.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
    • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
    • Tools: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2).
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
    • Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification highly desirable.

    Lead Product Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key product initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, user-centric thinking, and technical understanding.     Key Responsibilities
    Product Strategy & Vision

    • Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.

    Leadership & Stakeholder Management
