    Relief Resort Manager

    Key Performance Areas:

    • This role is responsible for managing staff & handling all aspects of the resort & associated facilities, temporary overseeing of the resort in the absence of Management, continuous movement between resorts to manage and oversee operations as required.
    • Ensure that regular maintenance of the resort is carried out effectively.
    • Interact with guests.  
    • Monitor budgets & process relevant documentation.
    • The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
    • Handling of guest related queries, online booking platforms and various booking periods.

    Position Requirements:

    • 3 year’s experience in a Resort Manager Position
    • Previous experience with Timeshare
    • Must have HR & IR experience to deal with staff
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Be deadline orientated & have ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent decision-making skills
    • Un-endorsed Code 08 driver’s license

    Culture and Engagement Officer - Port Shepstone

    Responsibilities Include:                           

    • Support the Staff Welfare Manager to define, build and grow the company culture.
    • Lead and manage the internal engagement of the Beekman W.A.Y initiative, along with action planning and goal setting, ensuring the leadership team has access to insights that inform positive change.

    Position Requirements:

    • 5+ Years relevant working experience.
    • Background and experience in Internal Communications.
    • Previous experience in culture building and or staff and customer engagement.
    • Previous experience in graphic design and/or online graphic design tools.
    • Proven leadership, independence of thought / action, and the ability to analyse complex problems from multiple perspectives.

    BMP Collections Controller - Port Shepstone

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • We require an individual that will be self motivated to achieve monthly collection targets. Primary duties will include the collection on outstanding accounts, allocation of client payments, maintaining debit order and credit card instructions and resolving client queries. A service orientated approach must be adopted when assisting members, which may require face to face consultation. Ensuring that established Call Centre performance standards are achieved is necessary.

    Handyman – The Kingdom Resort - Pilanesberg

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • The position is supporting the Manager in all aspects of the technical / mechanical / grounds side of the resort functions.  The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Air conditioning units of the resort including all refrigeration units. Must be prepared to work a 6-day week, shifts, public holidays weekends and overtime. Will be required to manage staff and liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standard.

    Position Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
    • Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, refrigeration, Hvac, heat pumps, water reticulation and pool maintenance
    • Be able to control stores.
    • Supervise staff, be hands on and assist in resort activities.
    • Un-endorsed code B drivers’ licence and valid matric
    • Computer literate.

    GSE Pool Cleaner – The Kingdom Resort

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regular maintenance of the pool and surrounding area. Enforce pool rules and pro-actively prevent any incidents. Daily interaction with guests. Ensure equipment and chemicals are securely stored at the end of shift.

    • First Aid level 1

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Take lead on small Team on daily operations
