    Switchboard Operator - Umhlanga

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Ensures high level switchboard operation service.
    • Ensure the usage of proper telephone etiquette and transfer and direct calls professionally.
    • Updates information promptly on the directory system and continuously update the database.

    Bid Manager - Centurion

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    Bid Process Management:  

    • Manage day-to-day bid process activities from the initial stage to submission to ensure quality submissions that meet the client brief, and outcomes specified in the RFP / client document.
    • Leading the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal submission.
    • Developing and executing bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements.
    • Coordinating with various teams, including sales, technical, legal and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
    • Develop & manage the bid process plan towards effectively responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs.
    • Analyse tender documents & research specific client to develop targeted proposals that meet the client’s needs and aspirations.
    • Facilitate the writing of comprehensive responses to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs to produce market leading proposals by reviewing applicable internal literature and company collateral relevant to the requirement. Edit, check, and update the bid library as literature is refined for specific services and operations.
    • Engage with internal subject matter experts, Operations & Top Management to ensure that proposals are reflective of our current capabilities, service offering the client’s specific requirements and services as well contained in the RFP.
    • Liaise with support services (e.g. Finance, People Management, Supply Chain), in order to ensure integrity of information required for bid proposals.
    • Ensure Quality of bid documents in accordance with Bidvest Facilities Management Services & best practice quality standards.
    • Ensure that all client documents (RFI’s, RFP’s, responses etc.) are submitted strictly within specified deadlines.
    • Full accountability for bid library content, accuracy and updating of literature and resources. Ensure documents are up to date, valid and accurate to the requirement of bid / client requirements.
    • Responsible for maintaining all relevant tender portals including subscriptions, key words, evaluation, access and accuracy of company information. This includes evaluation of tender portals for relevance and quality and make recommendations for changes.
    • Maintain target list and provide weekly and monthly reporting.
    • Management of general administration and management for the Sales Department

    Service Standards Lead - Johannesburg

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Ownership of service delivery in Cleaning; hygiene; indoor plants; landscaping; waste management; confidential waste; catering and hot beverage vending and related functions. Particular areas of focus would include public areas; bathrooms; fabric; BOH areas; all customer facing spaces; hygiene products; cleaning protocols; cleaning resources and resourcing.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client and Company requirements
    • Conduct investigations, evaluation and restorations on identified equipment malfunction
