    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Description

    • A well-established retail company is looking for an experienced finance professional to join their finance team. This role will suit someone who enjoys reconciliations, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working with high volumes of transactions.

    Duties include:

    • Daily banking and balancing of cash
    • Investigating and resolving banking queries
    • Importing sales information into ACCPAC
    • Processing bank statements
    • Preparing monthly cashbook and debtors reconciliations
    • Investigating and resolving reconciling items
    • Processing and reconciling loyalty transactions
    • Ensuring revenue and expenses are correctly allocated to the General Ledger
    • Verifying monthly pension float banking
    • Maintaining supporting documentation for reconciliations and audits

    Senior Syspro Analyst - Stanger, KZN

    Purpose of the Job

    • Provide support to all business units on the Syspro ERP system. Analyse current Syspro ERP processes, procedures and strategies to design, build and implement new solutions while optimising existing business processes. Assist the Finance department with audit reporting and ensure the ERP environment supports operational and business requirements.

    Context of the Job
    The Senior Syspro Analyst reports to the IT Manager: Business Systems & Automation and is responsible for:

    • Providing 1st and 2nd line Syspro support.
    • Logging and following up on tickets with the Syspro Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
    • Identifying Syspro training requirements and facilitating user training.
    • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP environment.
    • Participating in ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
    • Undertaking any reasonable duties within the IT function.

    IT Desktop Technician - Stanger, KZN

    Purpose of the Role

    • Provide first-line technical support to end users and the production environment by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting desktop hardware, operating systems, peripherals and network connectivity. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring maximum uptime of IT services across the business while supporting manufacturing operations on a shift basis.
