    Finance Manager - Nelspruit

    About the Role

    • A leading commercial organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of its day-to-day finance function. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, revenue assurance, cash flow, debtors, creditors, budgeting, compliance and financial controls, while providing strategic and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and reconciliations.
    • Oversee revenue assurance, billing and revenue reconciliations.
    • Manage debtors, creditors and credit-control processes.
    • Oversee cash flow, banking and treasury activities.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax and other statutory requirements.
    • Maintain strong financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
    • Oversee fixed assets and financial systems/ERP processes.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks and revenue leakages.
    • Lead, manage and develop the Finance team.
    • Support the Chief Financial Officer with financial reporting and decision-making.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BCom Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Sciences or equivalent.
    • 5–8 years' relevant finance/accounting experience.
    • At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong management accounting, financial reporting and financial-control experience.
    • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
    • Good knowledge of VAT and South African statutory requirements.
    • Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, accuracy and commercial awareness.

    Advantageous:

    • CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or similar professional qualification.
    • Experience in fresh produce, FMCG, agriculture, logistics, property, infrastructure or another high-volume transactional environment.
    • Experience in revenue assurance, commission-based environments or ERP implementations.

    About the Role

    • A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its internal recruitment team.
    • This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage multiple vacancies independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree recruitment timelines.

    About the Role

    • A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to drive enterprise-wide process optimisation, business analysis, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
    • The successful candidate will work across multiple business areas to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, improve systems and customer experiences, and lead complex change and transformation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end business process analysis, mapping, optimisation and re-engineering initiatives.
    • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and operational improvement.

    • Relevant certification in Business Analysis, BPM and/or Change Management.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in:
    • Business Analysis
    • Business Process Design and Management
    • IT Project Management and Implementation
    • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Change Management
    • Data Analytics
    • Proven experience applying process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational optimisation.
    • Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Advanced computer literacy and strong business and technical acumen.

    Advantageous

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
    • Agile/Scrum certification
    • Experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath or Blue Prism
    • Experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation and systems integration
    • 5–8 years’ experience leading complex organisation-wide process optimisation initiatives.
