Purpose of the role:

• The Branch Manager is responsible for the financial, business, marketing, and people management for his/her branch.
• This is a Non-EEAA position.

Qualifications:

• Matric. Sales and Marketing qualifications will be an advantage

Experience:

• 2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• 2 years proven track record in microfinance or banking. Minimum of two years of managerial experience

Additional Requirements:

• Financial Management: Continuously manage and monitor branch performance. 
• Business/Compliance Management: Ensure that the sum of branch daily/monthly is 100% accurate and is balanced everyday Sales. 
• Marketing Management: Develop implement Sales and Marketing plans to improve branch performance. 
• People Management: Manage motivate and monitor branch personnel and their performance.
