    Senior Application Technologist I

    In this exciting role you will:

    Project Management and Innovation:

    • You will prepare, organize and execute state-of-the-art flavoured beverage products for customer presentations. You will develop new application recipes as well as new concepts for customers, based on new developments in the market, trends and new raw materials. You will train our commercial force and customerson our capabilities. You will act as independent project leader for all allocated projects. You will arrange and conduct tasting sessions, process and interpret the results to customers; both externally and internally. You will leverage on new technologies for submission to customers and also identify new opportunities. You will ensure projects are carried out in accordance with customer requirements in terms of deadlines and product specifications.

    Evaluate and select flavours:

    • You will select optimal flavours for projects according to all relevant requirements (taste profile, legislation,technical suitability, costs, etc.); In a laboratory orindustrial pilot environment, you will apply and evaluate flavours in state-of-the-art beverage applications; pro-actively monitor flavour performance and stability.

    Maintain systems:

    • You actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles.

    Prioritize safety:

    • You will maintain a safe, clean and organized laboratory environment in accordance with Safety policies andhold others accountable for following these guidelines.

    Your professional profile includes:

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Technology or similar education
    • At Least 5+ years Product Development Experience in Beverage Industry
    • Practical experience in beverages (Non-Alcoholic & Alcoholic) manufacturing and flavour applications
    • Working hands-on in a laboratory and an industrial pilot environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Skilled in Microsoft office based programs with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proactive personality and strong in dealing with ambiguity
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

    Commercial Director - Southern and East Africa

    Responsibilities:

    • Take full ownership of People and Leadership responsibility, business/function leadership, and people development for a small to medium area.
    • Manage a Sales Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for designated account(s) within the country, segment, or category.
    • Develop Account Development Plans (ADPs) to increase sales growth and profitability for key accounts with the greatest potential.
    • Foster partnerships with key accounts, including building relationships with senior-level management.

    Requirements:

    • Experience delivering profitable sales growth above industry levels.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions, and levels within the organization to coordinate activities with assigned global customers.
    • Experience with communication, leadership, and team building, with the ability to foster collaboration and coordination within an informal reporting structure of the organization.
    • Strategic Account Development Planning skills.
    • Knowledge of customer's global and regional strategies.
    • Global negotiator.
    • In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs, and product launch processes.
    • Knowledge of competitor activity.

    HR Analytics Expert

    Your core responsibilities will include: 

    • Share data insights, and provide advice and guidance to internal customers in a consultative way
    • Understand how people insights can support and enable the execution of the HR and talent strategy
    • Apply data problem solving skills to design and implement accurate Advanced Analytics solutions from concept to launch
    • Empathize with internal customers to understand their needs, with a user centric approach and method. Co-create with colleagues and internal customers to identify the best approach that meets user, business and technical needs
    • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on complex data analysis such as machine learning
    • Provide advice, guidance and training to colleagues trying to solve analytical problems

    You? 

    Your professional profile includes: 

    • Degree in business, economics, organizational psychology, information technology, data science or statistics
    • 6+ years of analytics, statistics or data science in a corporate environment preferred, but open to more junior profiles as well
    • Experience of working in, or closely with, Human Resources
    • Experience working with financial or workforce data an advantage
    • Data problem solving, Data storytelling
    • Conception Skills (data/information modelling, testing, algorithmic optimization, prototyping, wireframing, …)
    • Strong data visualization skills, ideally with experience of Tableau or similar tools
    • Excellent MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreadsheet skills
    • Knowledge in data programming languages, such as R or Python an advantage
    • Ablity to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
    • High numeracy and ability to work with financial data, producing accurate results
    • Creative problem-solving skills. Can see the big picture and weigh alternatives against multiple considerations
    • Able to working with uncertainty, such as incomplete data, and understand and communicate the implications
    • Can-do attitude to leveraging data to solve business problems
    • Excellent listening, interpersonal and presentation skills

    Junior Demand Planner - Fixed Term Contract

    In this role you will:

    • You will review historical data and trends, research demand drivers in order to develop, update and maintain demand forecasts supporting effectiveness of the organisation's supply chain and customer service.
    • You will capture, analyse and update forecast in the system (DP toolkit) in order to achieve and improve KPI´s (Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias)
    • You will communicate with Operations and Commercial departments (with internal and external customers).
    • You will monitor business evolution (Losses, Wins).  You will manage early warning process, including material /capacity availability (collaborative with Supply Planning).
    • You will Identify and implement opportunities for forecast improvement.
    • You will work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices and get the correct parameterization of the system (DP toolkit) to provide accurate information for an optimal planning.
    • You will prepares and executes the monthly demand review with sales
