Take full ownership of People and Leadership responsibility, business/function leadership, and people development for a small to medium area.
Manage a Sales Team with full account and business management responsibility to protect and grow assets for designated account(s) within the country, segment, or category.
Develop Account Development Plans (ADPs) to increase sales growth and profitability for key accounts with the greatest potential.
Foster partnerships with key accounts, including building relationships with senior-level management.
Handle all pricing negotiations and activities within the country, segment, category, or specific geographic area.
Monitor market and sales performance, including indicators and budget, within the region, taking corrective actions to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Initiate, manage, and monitor key projects in collaboration with Flavour Creation and Application, Marketing, and other Departments.
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years of successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in the food, beverage, or related industry.
Experience delivering profitable sales growth above industry levels.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple cultures, functions, and levels within the organization to coordinate activities with assigned global customers.
Experience with communication, leadership, and team building, with the ability to foster collaboration and coordination within an informal reporting structure of the organization.
Strategic Account Development Planning skills.
Knowledge of customer's global and regional strategies.
Global negotiator.
In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs, and product launch processes.
